Full Ingredients List:
------For Papadi
-All purpose flour/maida: 250 gm
-Oil: 3 tbsp
-Carom seeds: 1/2 tsp
-Salt to taste
-Curd: 1cup
-Sugar: 1.5 tbsp sugar
-Black salt: 1/2 tsp
-Tamarind: 100 gm
-Water: 3 cups
-Oil: 1tsp
------ For Chatni
-Asafetida: 1/4 tsp
-Jaggery or gud: 250 gms
-Sugar: 2 tbsp
-Red chilli: 1 tsp
-Black salt: 1/2 tsp
-Dry ginger: 1/2 tsp
-Cumin powder: 2 tsp
-Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
-Black pepper: 1 tsp
-Salt to taste
------ For Garnishing
-Boiled chopped potatoes: 2
-Red chilli powder
-Black salt cumin powder
-Fine sev
-Anar dana
