Itll be very hard at the start but things will definitely get easier as the weeks and months go on then youll start to feel so much better. Just don't give up mate👍.. I'm taking my first very big steps and are going back into work in the next week or so. Even tho I have panic attacks when i leave the house it needs to be done. Changes need to come in somewhere and sooner or later everything that I am going through will soon subside and itll hopefully be the same with you too
