Where Do We Go From Here?
This year became about turning toward collective understanding and imagination, and grounding ourselves in our shared humanity, so that we may imagine radical visions into reality.
We relearned a lot this year. That creating spaces for creativity, joy, and connection is essential. That healthy conflict and boundary-setting are critical for progress. That embracing our unique selves and gifts allows us to truly thrive. And above all, we must, as our beloved and dearly departed Michael Latt would say, lead with love. Love for ourselves, for each other, and for the shared knowledge that we’re all doing our best.
So, we’ll continue to carry all the lessons we learned this year with us into 2025, and beyond. Hand in hand. Towards a greater world, someday, somehow.
