If you use the 3M pad and scratch up swing arm and the other parts after you vapor hone them you can use aluminum polish and make your parts shine like chrome. I have a 08 250r and I polished up my frame quite nice with just the polish it’s self.
take those little parts like shifter and stuff to your local machine shop and ask them to glass bead them. they will look brandnew and will not miss a crevis.
Before you start putting that thing back together get yourself a manual. They are fairly cheap or free if you search enough online. You won't be able to find all the specs you need from other UA-cam videos. It will also not just work itself out either.

Well I raced my 150rb so I’ve always ridden 4 strokes but you’ll get used to it. It’s not as hard as you’d think. Especially if you’ve been riding for awhile

Use auto sol with a foam ball for the drill to pollish everything up nicer will look perfect then
I blew up 2 corded drills doing this so make sure to take breaks so you dont overheat the drill

Seeing as you won't use the shifter, I recommend hammerhead or Tusk green tip shifter and green tip brake pedal, they would look sick
Wire wheel on a grinder works great to get the nastier stuff off of it, then polish it with those scotch bright pads

For the parts that have some oxides on it try a brush with stainless steel bristles.
Take it out in the snow, even if it does blow up, it will make a good video and bike blowing up videos always get tons of views
