The Maths Prof: Using Cumulative Frequency Diagrams

In this lesson I show you how to use cumulative frequency diagrams to find estimates of the median, lower and upper quartiles, interquartile range, percentiles etc.
🌟Question 1 00:19 : Use the diagram to find an estimate of (i) the median (ii) the interquartile range (iii) the 20th percentile (iv) the number of girls who took more than 66 seconds to solve the problem (This question is taken from Cambridge IGCSE exam paper 0580/43/M/J/21)
🌟Question 2 07:01 : Use the diagram to find an estimate of (i) the median (ii) the lower quartile (iii) the interquartile range (iv) the number of houses with a floor area greater than 120m² (This question is taken from Cambridge IGCSE exam paper 0580/42/O/N/21)
