The time for revival has come and the vessels for which God will use are the Lionesses. You are indeed a man of the Spirit an unusual voice in this last days, this was the same word the Lord gave me years ago when i was struggling whether to go or not in a field laden with men as the only vessels God is and will ever use in the field of ministry. Then i use to wonder why i was having such a strong calling and fiery urge to go into the ministry? My joy and peace was taken away until i answered the call. The ways of God are unsearchable indeed.

The bible says that in the last days the lord shall pour His spirit upon all flesh. The old men shall dream dreams, the young men shall see visions and the young women shall prophesy. Where are the young women suppose to stay to prophesy? Is it in their rooms? May the lord help the church.

@@jecintaaghedo1195 don't be confused madam, Deborah is no good example of biblical leadership. Look here:
      Isaiah 3 (KJV)
      ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
¹ For, behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, doth take away from Jerusalem and from Judah the stay and the staff, the whole stay of bread, and the whole stay of water,
² The mighty man, and the man of war, the judge, and the prophet, and the prudent, and the ancient,
³ The captain of fifty, and the honourable man, and the counsellor, and the cunning artificer, and the eloquent orator.
⁴ And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them.
⁵ And the people shall be oppressed, every one by another, and every one by his neighbour: the child shall behave himself proudly against the ancient, and the base against the honourable.
⁶ When a man shall take hold of his brother of the house of his father, saying, Thou hast clothing, be thou our ruler, and let this ruin be under thy hand:
⁷ In that day shall he swear, saying, I will not be an healer; for in my house is neither bread nor clothing: make me not a ruler of the people.

¹² As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.
See?? Deborah ruled when israel had forsaken God, it is a bad example. In verse 12 God shows that it is not ok that women rule over men. Let us see how Deborah came to power:
      Judges 4 (KJV)
      ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
¹ And the children of Israel again did evil in the sight of the LORD, when Ehud was dead.
² And the LORD sold them into the hand of Jabin king of Canaan, that reigned in Hazor; the captain of whose host was Sisera, which dwelt in Harosheth of the Gentiles.
³ And the children of Israel cried unto the LORD: for he had nine hundred chariots of iron; and twenty years he mightily oppressed the children of Israel.
⁴ And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel at that time.
So Deborah judged at the time israel had left God, exactly as Isaiah said. Is is biblical truth madam, scriptures are clear about male headship. I can show you from Genesis, in the beginning, how God structured family as the basis of congregation if you wish.

The place of women in pushing the mind and the will of God in our time is obvious and cannot be contested but a misunderstanding of the congregational worship we know will undermine the picture presented as the Ekklesia. The Ekklesia is like a family and the words of apostle Paul remains incontestable let us humble our selves and submit ourselves to the word not bend to accommodate our theology. The true church of christ emerges and nothing stops it though of little strength should kept the word of God and not deny His name.

@@apostlenneugele3323 your first question. Yes, a woman should preach the message of the gospel (ie, the message of repentance from sin and placing of faith in Jesus for eternal salvation) to a lost male soul. ALL christians are under obligation to do this. However,do not conflate this with the work of pastoring/or shepherding (which is what teaching and exercising of authority entails).
It beats me why it is difficult for you people to understand. It is clear. A woman CANNOT BE A PASTOR/SHEPHERD/BISHOP. The qualifications for this office excludes women. Get your definitions right (of pastor as against evangelist and other gift and offices in the church, get them right) and STOP arguing about issues that the scripture is clear on.

      @@J_a_s_o_n
      Hello, Gooday.
So, first it wasn't a "particular church and area" situation. Second it wasn't "Paul" who was attempting to sort out an issue.
You would remember that Paul brings up this matter also in 1 Corinthians 14 from verse 33 and he clearly states that it is a "command from the Lord" and that any one who thinks himself a prophet or spiritual in any other capacity must not ignore what he had just told them, else such a person too will be ignored.
More than that He makes it clear that this was the standard "as in all the Churches of the Lord" (v. 33) - so it was not in the context of a particular church.
Then about "many" women with God given offices, I think we need to be specific as to what we're dealing with here. But if you're referring the Five Fold (which I'd argue is actually Four fold) offices in Ephesians 4, then realize that their responsibility in any of those capacities were to be directed towards other Women and Children.
Apostle Paul made it clear that Women could and should Teach OTHER WOMEN and children, just as much as he made it clear that women could not be found taken any sort of Teaching role before a general congregation likely to have men in them.
Now there is the case of the couple Priscilla and Aquila, and the fact that THEY taught Apollos the message of Christ more perfectly, but it would be very important to remember here that this was not a reference to a CONGREGATIONAL SETUP, this was a simple case of a Godly man and a Godly woman teaching another Godly but not well informed man to better understand the Truth.
So can a Woman/Sister teach a Man/Brother? Absolutely! Just not in the congregation sense or setup.
I think the point that is often missed is that this is a matter of how The Lord has chosen the Administration of Liturgy to be, it is not merely a matter of gender biases or sentiments, it is rather a matter of the sacredness of the gathering of believers.
Still on the matter of offices, many times people falsely claim that there were female apostles name in the bible, namely JUNIA for example, this is absolutely untrue!
Apostle Paul said they were outstanding among the Apostles and with proper reading you'll discover that the meaning there was that they were people who were noteworthy as far as the Apostles' observation and commendation would go.

The letter killeth. Let's be sensitive enough to know and sense what God is saying beyond what is written. It is the Spirit that bears witness in our spirit about the workings of God.
If I were in the days of the early apostles, I might likely challenge Apst Paul that he was wrong in this matter just like he confronted Peter in his conduct with the gentiles. Aren't we same in Christ; why segregating Man and woman? True, a husband is the head of his wife, not that men are superior to a women but in the family context the man is the leader and a woman should follow his lead. This should not apply in the congregational context just like Apst Arome clarifies. Male and female can be vessels of God unto honour if they are yeilding. There is neither male or female in Christ but vessels by which the spirit of God find expression in whatever capacity.

She was of NOTE amongst the APOSTLES; meaning she was one of them. Priscilla was also recognized by Paul as a colleague: the Greek word used there for helper is (SUNERGOS) meaning a COMRADE, and ALLY, or a COLLEAGUE. It's human doctrine to believe that a woman can't own a church. It all depends on the society and culture of where a woman is. God inspired Paul to say so so as not to grief the men whose culture or teachings of the fathers prohibited women from leadership; not because God was against it. But now our days, the world has move on. We have women accepted in every rule a man can play.

There is a verse in the Old Treatment about Samuel ordaining porters 1 Ch 9:15 and in the New Testament, Paul asking for Elders to be ordained in his letter to Titus (ch 1:5.) If you are referring to the laying on of hands, of all the apostles that must have existed in the churches (since it was an acknowledged, expected spiritual gift and the references to them, including Junia suggests there were many more) how many times is laying on of hands mentioned for them? Very few. The Bible doesnt list these moments for every apostle so it could have been done for Junia without a record of it, just like the others.

    This is nothing but confusion.
That scripture he read is so clear and incontrovertible. The fact that Paul referred to the beginning of Adam and Eve to ground his argument is clear proof that he was trying to set a standard as it is in the original plan of God.
This is exactly Jesus method. When he was confronted with the question of divorce, he referred to the beginning in order to show God's original intention for marriage.
Paul was instructing Timothy on how the church should be ran and conducted. That's the very plain context of that scripture. It will have to take a very convoluted interpretation to evade that.
Andronicus and Junia were of repute amongst the apostles...the meaning is not likely that they or Junia was an apostle, but that the company of the apostles took note of their significant reputation and devotion. To read that and quickly say that they're apostles is curious because it's not obvious from the context.
It is curious that Jesus never had an Apostle who was female, even though she had other female disciples...it is also curious that no woman wrote the new testament.
The scriptures have given women a very significant ministry, but it is not that of teaching in a church context.
Leadership in the body of Christ is exclusively for men and that's includes teaching. A woman can exercise her teaching ministry but not in a church setting. They can teach women, youths and children. They can write books, do radio or video ministry, etc.

Junia had an apostolic calling? Wow...
..the Bible says they were of good reputation, well noted, they are well known to the apostles, ..who are of note among the apostles (kjv) meaning well respected, honored by the Apostles! Not mentioned anywere of the ministry.. Paul had the same help of ministry by Aquilla n Priscila, but had given Timothy to be in charge in Ephesus. In Luke 8:1-3, we learn that Jesus and the disciples had patrons, and they were often wealthy women. Luke tells us Joanna and Susanna were among “many others” who “provided for them out of their means” (Luke 8:3).
Similarly, Paul’s ministry was financed by women (Romans 16:2). A deaconess named Phoebe is identified as Paul’s “patron” or “benefactor” , a term that literally means defender or protector. She also used her money and influence to help the missionaries fulfill their calling. Others-like Prisca (Romans 16:5) and Lydia (Acts 16:14)-volunteered their homes.
Godly women in the church are called to teach and train younger women (Titus 2:3-5). They even have biblical examples to illustrate the goal (1 Peter 3:4-5). We are familiar with the woman described in Proverbs 31, an archetype of feminine character and productivity.
The Bible clearly defines the role of a Pastor:
    1 Timothy 3:1-7 (KJV)
    This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work. A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;

"The context for explaining the injunction wasn't congregational, it was the family". Does this mean then that the meaning of "I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence" has changed to be "women should teach and exercise authority over men" because the context for explanation wasn't "congregational but family"?
If we're to accept this reason. I have a question; if God does not permit women to do all these in the home, is it in the church at large that He will allow for women exercising authority?

Why did God give grace and anointings to people like Kathryn Khulman who demonstrated the power of God in her own time?
Could it be that in the time of Paul, Paul said these things to 'tackle confusion' that was been caused in the church?
Could it be that usurping authority and the command to be under obedience was instructing men who were loosing control over their wives in the 'home context' which reflected in the church and caused confusion to get things back in order?
Could it be that the law Paul was referring to was the law of the land in his times and not the law of Moses (since after the coming of Christ we are not longer under the law but under grace and the law of LOVE)?

      @TheDay HeMade 1 Corinthians 11 (KJV)
      ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
³ But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
      >> This is godly order in the family. Man is the head of woman, Paul is not talking about church, the setting is about man and woman:
      (((Ephesians 5 (KJV)
      ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
²² Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
²³ For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
²⁴ Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing))).
So it is not about church but family.
⁴ Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head.
      >> This means dishonoureth CHRIST who is his head. Praying is not necessarily done in church, it can be at home as well. So this standard is at home and therefore in church as well because family is the foundation of the cgurch. The same applies to prophecy, this can happen at family prayer as well.
⁵ But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.
      >> Woman with her head uncovered dishonours her HUSBAND. Men unlike women are to have short hair. Woman shaving her hair is shameful because she will look manly. Praying with her head uncovered is being like a man who is supposed to uncovers his head.
⁶ For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.
      >> If uncovered let her be shorn, OR be like a man. This isn't an alternative but rather Paul indicates that a woman being shorn is like rejecting her place as a woman and wants to be like a man.
⁷ For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.
      >> The man is 1. the image of God 2. the glory of God. The spirit breathed into Adam is the image of God. When at home during prayer time the woman needs to cover her head because the man (husband) glorifies in her beauty. Women are always busy with their hairs as symbol of beauty.
      (((Genesis 1 (KJV)
      ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
²⁶ And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
²⁷ So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them))).
God created a man in His image (HIM)first, then He separated the woman out of the man. That is why Paul says the man is the IMAGE and glory of God.
The woman is THE GLORY OF GOD, because she was taken out of man. She is part of the man, that is why at marriage they become one flesh. Marriages nowadays are destroyed by this because we have made women independent souls contrary to the word of God. Adam glorified himself in Eve:
      (((Genesis 2 (KJV)
      ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
²³ And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man))).
⁸ For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man.
⁹ Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.
      >> These two verses should clearly show that Paul is talking about man and woman. So Corinthians 14:2-15 is about husband and wife and their prayer life.

A woman as a Pastor of a Church is a sign of judgement on that specific church. Are you telling me that out of that entire congregation, there is not one man who is worthy to take up the mantle of Pastor? So the wife is preaching to her husband in the congregation? That alone is a warning sign for me. A woman does not have spiritual authority over a man however she can minister (help) just like Mary and Joanna did to Jesus. Women have a serious role in Church, teaching the children, nuturing them into the Word of God. Just because we cannot be elders, pastors or bishops, does not mean we are not worthy or appreciated. We cannot ignore that there are gender specific roles in God's Church......ofcourse feminists will disagree and state that anything a man can do, a woman can do just as effectively or even better.

Please, if the Holy Spirit sends you to preach or teach in the congregation will you disobey Him under the guise that you are a woman?
Have you wondered about the fact that God is not waseful. If there was no place for women in ministry, why would the Holy Spirit reside in women too.
Remember, you have the Holy Spirit and power in order to bear witness of Christ in every area.
Also, it is important for us to really encounter Jesus personally and not just run on the perceptions of others.
It is important for us to engage the Holy Spirit on matters with unbiased minds and we will be grateful for HIS leadings
Check Galatians 3:28.. There is neither Jew......., there is neither male nor female: for ye all one in Christ Jesus.
      God bless you sister.

@@apostlenneugele3323 The Scripture you quoted from Galatians has succumbed to a number of pitfalls in terms of interpretations today. When Paul made that statement, it was for the Jews who went through all the requirements of the Torah and believed that the Gentiles were getting a free pass to God. Paul was explaining that everyone, Jew and Gentile, bonded and free, can now become part of the Body of Christ through accepting Jesus as their Lord and Saviour, because He died so that we all can be free and we can all go directly to Him, including women and even hermaphrodites who are born with both male and female sexual organs. Paul saw the division which was taking place in Christ Church because the Jews were frustrating the Gentiles by telling them that they have to engage in circumcision so that is the context of that verse. So the Holy Spirit will never contradict the Word of God. Scripture makes it very clear, word for word in the Acts of the Apostles that women do not have spiritual authority over man. I am a teacher of the Scripture to children, I fast once a week for 24 - 48 hours. I do not drink, I do not watch series, movies and I do not listen to any other music but Scripturally sound gospel. Why?......so that I can remain so close to God that I do not misinterpret His Word, so He can see my hunger to continue to dwell in the secret place of the Most High God, so that I do not backslide. Do I ever fall short of the Glory of God, ofcourse I do, even with all the things of the World that I no longer have any interest in thanks to the Holy Spirit but I repent and I thank God for His underserved favour. So I am not commenting as a person who is living an unrighteous life, I practice The Word and I reject the enemy. I have come to realised that the World is a distraction and some men, even though they have received worldly appointments and worldly authority to preach as Pastors, Bishops etc. are not spiritually appointed by God and by that I mean authorised. The Holy Spirit has blessed me with the Gifts of Tongues and Prophecy, I am married and enjoy every day the Lord gives me. Before I even go into the Word, I ask God to open my eyes to see the Truth and my ears to hear correctly His plans and purpose for me as a woman of God. I plead with God to help me to always be obedient to His Word. Sometimes we hear our own thoughts and say it is the Holy Spirit. Do women have permission from God to have spiritual authority over men? Simple question, Yes or No. The answer my friend is no, and for Preachers/Pastors who take His Word and mislead others, judgement will be much more harsh for them. His Sheep follow His Word. It was the woman who was deceived from the very beginning. If a voice is telling a woman to do otherwise, I can assure you, that is not the Holy Spirit. For any woman who is reading this, we all have an important purpose in God's Church, we are to guide the younger ones and fellow women, mothers etc. Please note that is not a wasteful purpose, that is our mantle as women as God and it is an important one. Paul addresses women as "co-workers," and he highly regarded them (Philippians 4:3; Colossians 4:15). There is no scriptural evidence in the Bible that women are not to serve as worship leaders, youth ministers, or minster to other women. The only restriction is that they do not assume a role of spiritual authority over adult men. Simple and straightforward. Do not be deceived by the enemy. May God continue to open all our hearts to declare His Word and may we all be attentive and obedient to His instructions regarding the role of women in His Church, Amen.

You lack scriptural foundation, Paul was sent to the gentiles, that is why he teaches that. The other apostles were ministering to the jews, did you expect them to teach jews HOW THEIR WOMEN ARE TO COVER THEIR HEADS? Instead what we should expect is Peter and the rest of the apostles to attack the jewish tradition (according to you) of women covering their heads because it was widely practices among the jews. Paul is teaching gentile women that covering their head is not cultural but from God. Do you think that jewish women went to church with their heads uncovered to prompt the apostles to jews to warn against it?

Yet when it came to this matter of Women teaching in general congregations he made it clear that the instructions he gave were a command from the Lord (see 1 Corinthians from verse 33).

@@divinepraiseericc Also I would add that Paul was an apostle to the GENTILES unlike other apostles. It is not surprising what he teaches the gentile church because jews already new these instructions. We the gentiles needed to hear this to know how to conduct ourselves in churches. It is the reason why also the other apostles NEVER condemned the practice of head covering is though it was practiced everywhere in the early church. No apostle ever taught that it isn't necessary for jewish women to cover their heads because it is cultural.

The case is not that a woman is not supposed to teach. But that a woman is not supposed to teach over men, and yes the context is of family but also a CONGREGATIONAL (1 Corinthian 14), as scripture balances and explains scripture. Meanwhile Adam and Eve Represents not just family but Humanity and THE CHURCH (whilst they were yet in the garden).
A woman can be called into teaching and can very well teach Women and Children, while having a MALE Pastor over her. And that's exactly what Scripture teaches.
I have been blessed by some of JOYCE MEYER'S teachings but I have observed biblical errors in some of her teachings. The point is not that men would not make errors, but that Joyce Meyer teaching over men is NOT BIBLICAL just because she seems to "TEACH RIGHT".
What makes a thig right before God is not just the content but the means.
It is like doing all the "right" things we find in the bible and not submitting to the means of Jesus Christ for Salvation.
