They also would not have even made it to that door as they would have been shot much earlier in the attack, long before they approached it, had they not been considered part of the white Tr*mp supporter rally crowd, and you also know that. The officer fired a single round as she breached their last remaining defense position. This should have been recognized as a strictly enforced do not enter zone especially with repeated shouts regarding the drawn gun. Under less severe conditions , blacks have been routinely been sent an entire clip of bullets instead of a single shot, adding additional relative cruelty to their treatment under similar conditions of engagement.

He's settled more often than not, which implies guilt, and used what not inconsiderable influence he and his family have had to apply pressure or make payoffs or hire very expensive lawyers to defend him. Aquittals are nowhere near the same thing as innocence, anyway. Sadly, money gets you out of most legal predicaments in America.

Biden's political stance is about where the right wing *would* be if we lived in a healthy, truly representative democracy. The fact that he's the best the left could win with speaks to how horrifyingly extremist the mainstream right has become in this country.
The problem -- among other things -- is the way electoral votes are attributed relative to population. If the number of electoral votes per state were aligned with population size and adjusted fairly as populations grew or declined, we could get a real picture of American values. We could also truthfully refer to ourselves as a democracy. I'm sick of living in a country where a minority of fringe nationalists are given many times the voting power of everybody else, still need to resort to disenfranchisement and voter suppression strategies to win (when they *do* win), and then claim *they're* the ones being wronged despite our system of government favoring them in every measurable way...

A recount they are just doing that counting the ballots to make sure they match the number of voters available to vote. The forensic looks at the ballots to see if they are mass produced (using a copier)where they filled in by a machine or a person? When did the ballot get counted? Was it during the correct time? Was a chain of custody observed. They do a very extensive study on each ballot. The same study applies for Trump as do Biden ballots. As far as Audits there is the one in Maricopa county in Arizona, And I believe they have started one in Georgia that a lot of supervisors have gone to obtain other jobs surprise surprise the Secretary of State has had to come up with answers to missing ballots, terrible chain of custody.
