Thanks, Alex! It's truly incredible that the 72 year-old woman was alive after that long. I wonder what kind of shape she is in. I don't understand why the hotel could be considered responsible when she could've gotten out of the freezer. I'm assuming she just couldn't think straight to figure it out.
Thank you for delivering news in ASL today, Alex! Here are my thoughts on some of the news that were shared. As for the man charged in the fatal stabbing of the Jewish leader in Detroit, this man did not have the love of God in his heart. I don't like it when defense attorneys try to claim their client(s) are innocent when they have truly committed the crime. By the way, it is sad to see many Jews not believing in Jesus. As for the House Republicans having voted to formalize their Biden impeachment inquiry, they are foolish to have done so because 1) there's no evidence so far and 2) they need to start focusing on what is far more important - the needs of Americans! Congress has been a divided house for a long time. Truly, a house divided will not stand. As for the family of the young woman who died in a hotel's walk-in freezer to receive $6 million, I can understand why they sued the hotel, however, I disagree with this in part because the hotel should not be held accountable for the woman's actions of being drunk or under the influence. If the woman was sober, she wouldn't have walked into the freezer in the first place. People have to understand that drunkenness is a sin. We are responsible to make sure we are sober to make the right decisions. This is why it is prudent to avoid going to parties that have alcohol! As for the Federal Reserve to hold the rates steady, I believe America needs to do more to make living more affordable for most, if not all, Americans.
Thanks, Alex!
