Not sure if I've only ever fought noob Necros, but I've never had much difficulty facing them. Even when I play battleship I can just strafe until they're out of squares. I dunno I've seen people wreck with Necro so...
it does good as rammer because it can partly damage boosters and annhialators and then ram them and kill them the only weakness is it's slow and can get killed by bullet spammers.
Hybrid is extremely powerful when used correctly, the one shot one kill build is OP, moves quickly, element of surprise and scares enemy overlords if shot out of nowhere making them retreat automatically

actually a good fighter with full movement speed and a lot of bullet speed is hybrid's worst counter, probably even worse than overseer or snipers, they can chase everywere, however, normal people dont have a brain, so is normal to say that destroyer is top 10, but well, in sandbox for example, we can see how the list goes with 5/10 people with drone classes, 3/10 with twin branch and the other 2 with random classes and probably an hybrid there that will just get cornered and die fast, thats the thing with destroyers, a fun class but not a viable class as it was back in lagbreaker's era.

Why would you need max reload on an Overlord? I always max out speed instead, so I can dodge attacks and chase enemies. 0 reload on an Overseer sucks, but on an Overlord it's ok
I'm late but since the 2018 update is still in play- I'll explain my personal tank and why it deserves a spot at like 9 or 10 The Auto-Five A weird tank, but as it requires little skill, is easy for new players to pick up. It can be an easy all-around build, maxing out bullet upgrades and getting some health and move speed, but I say the mainly due to its raw ability to off-screen kill Yes, another odd thing but the A5 can detect players off-screen and do the work for you, so you don't have to predict where an enemy is. A5 is also a great support tank in TDM. Making it easy to back up teammates- that needs no further explanation in my book Although the one weakness the A5 has is witch hunting... The cannons can track enemies and be a dead giveaway, but the cannons lock onto shapes and other tanks- there is an option to control one cannon but I'm addressing the auto cannons- so players can easily escape the A5. That's really all I have to say- it should not be in the top 5, but I'd say a solid number 9, although other than that you picked great tanks elsewhere, I agree with almost everything you said. Every bullet upgrade + movement speed it's pretty op against tanks that are kind of feared most of the time (like spreadshot) It is pretty useful in team gamemodes since u can make the enemy tanks go to the direction u want using the wall of bullets

TBH I think Sprayer's main weakness is that its turret is too long. Bullets, drones, and even rammers can get behind its nose and become literally impervious to attack since the bullets begin at the end of the turret. Other than that, I've used it very successfully to counter drone tanks and I think it is roughly equal to triplet and auto-gunner. It outguns spreadshot, and due to penta's nerf it slightly outguns pentashot.
pretty much everything you said is true. id just like to suggest something that sgm and jb said (i was arguing with them for a short time on discord about sprayer). they pointed out sprayer is less defensive than triplet/ag because the barrel touches the tank at a really small angle compared to triplet and ag. this means that when the sprayer has to change direction, it becomes vulnerable for a short bit before the spray reaches the enemy. they also pointed out that triplet and ag can both spray and focus, while sprayer can only spray
Shyguy I think necromancer should be on the list because it has high power and it’s drones are reliable to defend itself and it has great hunting skills like overlord.

I agree with most of this list, but I think that Hybrid should be included. It has amazing penetration, and the only playable tanks that have more are dominator so and anihlators. It's drones are useful for hunting down players offscreen in tag mode, and it has lot's of recoil.
Hybrid could have potential on this list (I underestimated it last time as #9 worst tank... but now I think it’s good) as it’s the best tank in Domination. It can take down Dominators really quickly.

Hybrid isnt a viable class for surviving long, hybrid was used to be top 10, but since people discovered movement speed and actually have a brain to corner hybrids, then it wont never be top 10 again

I think bullet-damage destroyers should be high on this list. They are great surprise tanks, amazing counters for bullet spammers, and good against overlords and other drone classes.

I think, Manager is better than Overlord. 1. It has too a fast reload time, just don't reload 4 drones at once. 2. Same count of drones. 3. Can be upgraded like a Overlord. 4. Can spread his drones too. 5. If you have low health, stand still and you. are in under 5 seconds invisible. This is NO hate to your video, just my own opinion.
Overlord is hard to control, good for pro players. As a noob, I often get killed by rammers. but actually, as a person who likes using overlord now, it is so fascinating! Hope there will not be any more balance to make it weaker in the future. I kinda feel the drone got slower a bit in one update.
What about Bullet Annihilator? I like it because it can one-hit kill any non-rammer tank and when it surprises tanks, it will most likely kill it because the large bullet will be difficult to dodge. I've gotten up to 300k using this tank, and I think it deserves to be on the list. Plus, If a bullet annihilator fought a ram annihilator, the bullet build will almost always win because it is fairly difficult to ram an annihilator without taking damage. Let me know what you think about it. :)
Auto trapper not on the list? It is extremely defensive and especially good for TDM modes it's traps with the build 2-3-0-7-7-7-0 can take out rammers and most glass builds, unless teamed on really badly it can crowd control really well. It's offensive take isn't as powerful as those like Overlord or predator or other high end hunters but in any gamemode it's a massive pain in the ass to get rid of hence it has fair defence and if attakers to try to come in close the auto gun helps clear them off
i totally agree with what you said about the overlord , and so , they need to nerf it or rework it , imagine i'm playing over 1 hour in a server , i was the leader , and then a 23k score overlord pops up in my screen and boom , died...
The Overlord was my first Diep.io tank ever! OMG!!! When I was a child, I always upgrade to Overlord! Thank you! I'll give up the Streamliner, which were my favourite Diep.io tank and I'll upgrade to Overlord forever! 💕
dear shyguymask, overlord might not be number one. But im not sure if pentashot is pretty good because rammers, bullet destroyers can easily( and overlord) can kill it. I agree with overlord, but there are some tanks that can kill it. for example i use a landmine to kill overlords and snipers and destroyers can troll or kill the overlord easily, i suggest that the fighter should be number 1 its defence is pretty good, its fast and it uses its bullets to kil people. i hope you submit my opinions (no offence for you) in your videos.
Hmmm.... I don't know For me: 1. Fighter. I got 541,000 with it first try and have had decent scores like 200k, 300k, and higher half the time I play. My best is 700000 with it so far. 2. Has to be Ram annihilator. I have always loved this tank. It was the first tank I got a pretty high score with. 666k. Takes a while to kill people, but with vertical line attacks, and 2v1 situations, it is a great tank. 3. Probably Pentashot. I absolutely hate trying to play against this tank, and even for a nub, it is hard to kill. It's damage at close range makes it impossible to kill as a rammer. Plus, don't even get me started with bullet spamming :P 4. Overlord. I liken this tank, just haven't quite mastered it yet. I've gotten several decent scores like around 350k, but I don't think this is the best tank in the game... 5. Factory is probably 5th for me. The tank is one of the strongest in the game, and can even withstand a direct hit from pentashot. Although its drones are very powerful, they are pretty hard to maintain control of, which stinks. 6. Right behind the pentashot, we have Spread shot. This tank doesn't have the bullet power like pentashot, but has a very, very, wide range, resulting in many off screen kills. 7. Necromancer: I have only played with it a few times, but if you increase your drone count a little bit, this is a deadly tank. It can even counter against one of the best tanks in the game, Overlord. 8. Predator seems like a great tank, especially with bullets stacked. It has long range, and can demolish a destroyer bullet with 2 or 3 hits stacked bullets. The only reason I have it as low as I do is because I don't play as it often. 9. Sprayer: It is a little difficult to hit people from far range, but it is pretty hard to kill unless surprised by a rammer tank. I do like this tank, but not enough for the top 5. 10. I had to put this: Battleship. It isn't the best tank in the world now, but it was the first tank I got to 100k with back a while ago :P. Its tiny drones can swarm glass build tanks, killing them with ease, but it has low defense. Honorable mentions: Hybrid is a great tank. It's one shot kill build is super powerful for most, unless you have a *crap* shot like me. I haven't quite gotten down precise shooting, and this is why it is as low as it is. Auto 5: It is a pretty good tank when played correctly, but is a pretty easy kill for snipers such as ranger, predator etc. Could I get a heart for that :P
Eh.... it is a decent high score tank. I don't like to play octo often..... I don't feel like you have to be good at it to be good at it XD. All u got to do is do bullet build with max move and bullet speed and ur good to go XD
Agree with most of this list. Overlord is still king after ages, much better than the overhyped and overrated necromancer. Surprised that the ram anni was on this list and not the bullet anni tho.
Necromancer is stronger then Overlord in TDM though... You can kill Overlords so easily if they don't see you as a threat. And if they do, they run for their lives. In FFA however, it is really weak against bullet spammers, because you constantly have to gather squares. So I would choose Necro over Overlord, but thats just me being the only one xD
It may not that strong in TDM since, as this video said, Pentashot is king in TDM and Penta along with spread and factory are the hardest necro counters. Overlord can 1v1 Necro easily too as long as you play carefully. Well you are entitled to your opinion though.
Overlord suck ass to necro, when a necro attacks, overlord can't do shit and just gets fucked up, also, necro can best the shit outta spammers like tripler and sprayer, and also, necro has the strongest drone pack outta overlord, factory, and necro, so it can best the shit outta both those tanks lol, #GiveNecroLove :'(
My thoughts: Triplet and AG are not better than Predator and Sprayer tbh, and Factory may be the most overrated tank ever. It probably wouldn't even be in my list. Booster should be #3 along with Fighter, and they should have the highest survival rating.

This is a solid list and I really like it. Though, I think it would be interesting if you made a list that included tanks that weren't in the level 45 tier. I'd argue that some level 15 classes perform better than a few of the level 45 ones. It's just an idea though.
Still an amazing tank doubt to its spread around everywere and his highrecoil, Penta is known for being defensive, and an attack nerf wont do much on it, Penta is still amazing.
For those tanks here is my order 10: Octo tank 9: Ram Annihilator 8: Pentashot 7: Triplet 6: Fighter 5: Predator 4: Factory 3: Spreadshot 2: Overlord 1: Sprayer
Here is probably my best build for a booster. 1/3/0/3/7/7/7/5 Hope this helps. Besides some people say the fighter is way better than the booster but I say they are pretty equal. I once did a 1v1 with a fighter playing as a booster with the build above and I won most of the fights. ( or maybe I was just better than him :p ) So I would put the booster at number 4 or 5 in my opinion since the booster is slightly faster than the fighter. The only thing the fighter has over the booster is its side barrels, for more firepower. But when a fighter is chasing a bullet build booster, the booster can aim his "butt barrels" at the fighter and deal some damage to it before turning around and killing it. So if you like the booster, I recommend you use the build shown above and is best in TDM. (Probably the reason why the booster has a bad reputation is probably because its frequently used for teaming in maze, lol) Edit: And even though the booster really is trash, it's nice to challenge yourself and become a pro by dominating with weak tanks. Besides using the strongest tanks won't get you anywhere. Wait. I just noticed that sinbad uses overlord a lot....have we been lied to? JK he's still a pro :p
Also, if you are new to this game I highly recommend using the triplet or auto gunner. They are easy to control and master, plus they are pretty strong. They are certainly great in tdm and pretty decent in maze. When you are more experienced you can try more hard to control tanks, like booster or auto trapper which are both excellent in surviving. Then when you are super good at the game, you can switch to really tough tanks like overlord or factory. As for me, I'm sort of in the middle so I frequently use booster or triplet and sometimes the annihilator or pentashot. I'm still trying to master the overlord tho. :p
Honestly, I would put overlord right at number 2 and put penta shot at number 1. The main reason for this is that it can easily counter an overlord and even surprise kill it. It's only weaknesses are probably the auto trapper or the triplet since they both have good defence. But the strengths extremely outweigh the weaknesses and can defeat any tank. Good in every mode and its recoil is amazing!
Best tank for home cleaning in 2 teams is Anihhilator max health 4,boddy 5,speed bulet 6,bullet penetration 7,bullet damage 7,reload 0,speed 4,but must be kept Overold tank 😋
Tbh overlord should be hard difficulty because it’s harder to master than you think imo. When i tried overlord, I had a semi-tough time getting kills and I was easily baited. When I got more experience, I still feel the same way. It’s extremely easy for people to bait inexperienced overlords, and even semi-experienced overlords.
The ramming boosters' only flaw is that it could unintentionally or carelessly wander itself into enemy territory and gargle all those bullets as well as encountering stray bullets, especially those of the larger sized ones, when health's still recovering due to accumulated ramming damage... Damn those lucky bastards...
The inclusion of "Ram Annihilator" seemed kinda odd. I understand the need to differentiate between the two primary play styles but surely that defeats the purpose of it being a "Class list" opposed to just a "Build list"?
This should be an honorable mention. The "Arena Closer Strategy". A regular tank with high bullet speed and damage with some health. Capable of killing most tanks in two shots.

Deadly Death ghost bullets are small bullets that sre strong and can slip through bullet walls and deal dmg like gunner bullets. Offensive frontline is like a tank that can deal alot of damage up front like pentashot in team mode. Backliners are tanks that are good in team modes as tanks that deal dmg behind a pentashot or spreadshot

pretty much everything you said is true. id just like to suggest something that sgm and jb said (i was arguing with them for a short time on discord about sprayer). they pointed out sprayer is less defensive than triplet/ag because the barrel touches the tank at a really small angle compared to triplet and ag. this means that when the sprayer has to change direction, it becomes vulnerable for a short bit before the spray reaches the enemy. they also pointed out that triplet and ag can both spray and focus, while sprayer can only spray
Shyguy I think necromancer should be on the list because it has high power and it’s drones are reliable to defend itself and it has great hunting skills like overlord.

I agree with most of this list, but I think that Hybrid should be included. It has amazing penetration, and the only playable tanks that have more are dominator so and anihlators. It's drones are useful for hunting down players offscreen in tag mode, and it has lot's of recoil.
Hybrid and annhi have the same penetration.
Hybrid could have potential on this list (I underestimated it last time as #9 worst tank... but now I think it’s good) as it’s the best tank in Domination. It can take down Dominators really quickly.

Well, if you have a max reload overlord, and you’re good at aiming, then the overlord is pretty powerful since you’re constantly hitting your opponent and the reload time is super quick
I think bullet-damage destroyers should be high on this list. They are great surprise tanks, amazing counters for bullet spammers, and good against overlords and other drone classes.

I think, Manager is better than Overlord.
1. It has too a fast reload time, just don't reload 4 drones at once.
2. Same count of drones.
3. Can be upgraded like a Overlord.
4. Can spread his drones too.

but actually, as a person who likes using overlord now, it is so fascinating! Hope there will not be any more balance to make it weaker in the future. I kinda feel the drone got slower a bit in one update.
What about Bullet Annihilator?
I like it because it can one-hit kill any non-rammer tank and when it surprises tanks, it will most likely kill it because the large bullet will be difficult to dodge. I've gotten up to 300k using this tank, and I think it deserves to be on the list. Plus, If a bullet annihilator fought a ram annihilator, the bullet build will almost always win because it is fairly difficult to ram an annihilator without taking damage. Let me know what you think about it. :)

Auto trapper not on the list?
It is extremely defensive and especially good for TDM modes it's traps with the build 2-3-0-7-7-7-0 can take out rammers and most glass builds, unless teamed on really badly it can crowd control really well. It's offensive take isn't as powerful as those like Overlord or predator or other high end hunters but in any gamemode it's a massive pain in the ass to get rid of hence it has fair defence and if attakers to try to come in close the auto gun helps clear them off
I wish I saw a lvl. 15 or 30 tank. Regular Machine Gun is good enough for me :D (until I die barely after 2k DX)

overlord might not be number one. But im not sure if pentashot is pretty good because rammers, bullet destroyers can easily( and overlord) can kill it. I agree with overlord, but there are some tanks that can kill it. for example i use a landmine to kill overlords and snipers and destroyers can troll or kill the overlord easily, i suggest that the fighter should be number 1

For me:
1. Fighter. I got 541,000 with it first try and have had decent scores like 200k, 300k, and higher half the time I play. My best is 700000 with it so far.
2. Has to be Ram annihilator. I have always loved this tank. It was the first tank I got a pretty high score with. 666k. Takes a while to kill people, but with vertical line attacks, and 2v1 situations, it is a great tank.
3. Probably Pentashot. I absolutely hate trying to play against this tank, and even for a nub, it is hard to kill. It's damage at close range makes it impossible to kill as a rammer. Plus, don't even get me started with bullet spamming :P
4. Overlord. I liken this tank, just haven't quite mastered it yet. I've gotten several decent scores like around 350k, but I don't think this is the best tank in the game...
5. Factory is probably 5th for me. The tank is one of the strongest in the game, and can even withstand a direct hit from pentashot. Although its drones are very powerful, they are pretty hard to maintain control of, which stinks.
6. Right behind the pentashot, we have Spread shot. This tank doesn't have the bullet power like pentashot, but has a very, very, wide range, resulting in many off screen kills.
7. Necromancer: I have only played with it a few times, but if you increase your drone count a little bit, this is a deadly tank. It can even counter against one of the best tanks in the game, Overlord.
8. Predator seems like a great tank, especially with bullets stacked. It has long range, and can demolish a destroyer bullet with 2 or 3 hits stacked bullets. The only reason I have it as low as I do is because I don't play as it often.
9. Sprayer: It is a little difficult to hit people from far range, but it is pretty hard to kill unless surprised by a rammer tank. I do like this tank, but not enough for the top 5.
10. I had to put this: Battleship. It isn't the best tank in the world now, but it was the first tank I got to 100k with back a while ago :P. Its tiny drones can swarm glass build tanks, killing them with ease, but it has low defense.
Honorable mentions: Hybrid is a great tank. It's one shot kill build is super powerful for most, unless you have a *crap* shot like me. I haven't quite gotten down precise shooting, and this is why it is as low as it is.
Auto 5: It is a pretty good tank when played correctly, but is a pretty easy kill for snipers such as ranger, predator etc.
Could I get a heart for that :P
Eh.... it is a decent high score tank. I don't like to play octo often..... I don't feel like you have to be good at it to be good at it XD. All u got to do is do bullet build with max move and bullet speed and ur good to go XD

Agree with most of this list. Overlord is still king after ages, much better than the overhyped and overrated necromancer. Surprised that the ram anni was on this list and not the bullet anni tho.
Necromancer is stronger then Overlord in TDM though... You can kill Overlords so easily if they don't see you as a threat. And if they do, they run for their lives. In FFA however, it is really weak against bullet spammers, because you constantly have to gather squares. So I would choose Necro over Overlord, but thats just me being the only one xD
It may not that strong in TDM since, as this video said, Pentashot is king in TDM and Penta along with spread and factory are the hardest necro counters. Overlord can 1v1 Necro easily too as long as you play carefully. Well you are entitled to your opinion though.

Overlord suck ass to necro, when a necro attacks, overlord can't do shit and just gets fucked up, also, necro can best the shit outta spammers like tripler and sprayer, and also, necro has the strongest drone pack outta overlord, factory, and necro, so it can best the shit outta both those tanks lol, #GiveNecroLove

In my experience most drone classes runaway and get picked off by other players when i chase them, i guess my luck is just bad.
My thoughts: Triplet and AG are not better than Predator and Sprayer tbh, and Factory may be the most overrated tank ever. It probably wouldn't even be in my list. Booster should be #3 along with Fighter, and they should have the highest survival rating.

This is a solid list and I really like it. Though, I think it would be interesting if you made a list that included tanks that weren't in the level 45 tier. I'd argue that some level 15 classes perform better than a few of the level 45 ones. It's just an idea though.

Hope this helps. Besides some people say the fighter is way better than the booster but I say they are pretty equal. I once did a 1v1 with a fighter playing as a booster with the build above and I won most of the fights. ( or maybe I was just better than him :p ) So I would put the booster at number 4 or 5 in my opinion since the booster is slightly faster than the fighter. The only thing the fighter has over the booster is its side barrels, for more firepower. But when a fighter is chasing a bullet build booster, the booster can aim his "butt barrels" at the fighter and deal some damage to it before turning around and killing it. So if you like the booster, I recommend you use the build shown above and is best in TDM. (Probably the reason why the booster has a bad reputation is probably because its frequently used for teaming in maze, lol)
Edit: And even though the booster really is trash, it's nice to challenge yourself and become a pro by dominating with weak tanks. Besides using the strongest tanks won't get you anywhere. Wait. I just noticed that sinbad uses overlord a lot....have we been lied to?

Also, if you are new to this game I highly recommend using the triplet or auto gunner. They are easy to control and master, plus they are pretty strong. They are certainly great in tdm and pretty decent in maze. When you are more experienced you can try more hard to control tanks, like booster or auto trapper which are both excellent in surviving. Then when you are super good at the game, you can switch to really tough tanks like overlord or factory. As for me, I'm sort of in the middle so I frequently use booster or triplet and sometimes the annihilator or pentashot. I'm still trying to master the overlord tho. :p
Honestly, I would put overlord right at number 2 and put penta shot at number 1. The main reason for this is that it can easily counter an overlord and even surprise kill it. It's only weaknesses are probably the auto trapper or the triplet since they both have good defence. But the strengths extremely outweigh the weaknesses and can defeat any tank. Good in every mode and its recoil is amazing!
Best tank for home cleaning in 2 teams is Anihhilator max health 4,boddy 5,speed bulet 6,bullet penetration 7,bullet damage 7,reload 0,speed 4,but must be kept Overold tank 😋

Tbh overlord should be hard difficulty because it’s harder to master than you think imo. When i tried overlord, I had a semi-tough time getting kills and I was easily baited. When I got more experience, I still feel the same way. It’s extremely easy for people to bait inexperienced overlords, and even semi-experienced overlords.

The ramming boosters' only flaw is that it could unintentionally or carelessly wander itself into enemy territory and gargle all those bullets as well as encountering stray bullets, especially those of the larger sized ones, when health's still recovering due to accumulated ramming damage...

Deadly Death ghost bullets are small bullets that sre strong and can slip through bullet walls and deal dmg like gunner bullets. Offensive frontline is like a tank that can deal alot of damage up front like pentashot in team mode. Backliners are tanks that are good in team modes as tanks that deal dmg behind a pentashot or spreadshot
