I don't agree.. But i gotta respect it. I love the Model it's perfect itself.
BUT
I just hope that they made the searing breach attack can be Controlled like the old one. And they really gotta buff the main atomic heat ray it only does 900/1,600 dmg! It's very low for something so poweful. And sometimes, when use back beams, it doesn't even hit the enemy. No problem with Devastation since it's only reasonable to put it bc Shin's got a long tail. And Cataclysm should be a stomp to make it have more sense.

As much as i like the remodel, i still prefer the old one. Here's my main reasons
1. The tail beam was aimable, i know that it's supposed to me movie accurate but with the remodel you can only take one hit with it on your opponent instead of two.
2. You were able to move around when using the back beams and they lasted longer, while with the remodel you can't move and they last for a very short time.
3. You didn't need to double-click the beam attack, instead both thermal flame and the atomic breath were basically combined without being 2 separate attacks.

The new has better animations, more exagerated texture, more moves and is not as laggy as the old one. The devs are wizards i tell ya, wizards

i think the old shin model is better because we were able to control the tail beam and the main beam instead of being 2 attacks it was one so it was faster and we were also able tp move using the back beams in the old model same goes the tail beam we were able to move while using the tail beam so in conclusion i think the old model is better than the new one.

With old shin we could use the tail beam like a normal beam and the normal beam only has to be used 1 time,also old shin doesn't stops to move when he uses others attack instead of 3.

To get the new model to shoot the purple atomic beam you gotta click 4 again (If on pc) You gotta do it fast or you will just shoot fire

For people misunderstanding Remodel or think it worse.
1. You don't need an Aim able beam to hit people,The current one literally was stated to have Hit detection (which mean if it in range,it can be hit regardless)
The tail beam hitbox is so massive,even if the beam didn't touch them it still hit.
Edit: bonus,Your tail beam also destroy incoming projectile like missile and rock.
2. Deicide does damage instantly and is shorter.
3. Having Thermal and Atomic breath separate is more better than you think.
For old model
In a close range/mid range fight,You are mostly dead using Thermal and Atomic due to how long the charge is. KAMATA,Gojira 54 will make you cry when you somehow missclick your breath.
But The new one making thermal separate mean you could deal some Good extra damage before they could reach you and skip the atomic.

The old one doesn't actually look so bad, but the new one is definitely better. But i hate how you can't aim the tail in the new remodel. Altough it is not realistic to have an aimable tail that doesn't shoot backwards. (it shot a bit forward in the movie) besides, most people (i think) would rather do it if they were running from someone.
