Make it so people who don’t have devil fruits can learn certain styles of guns, melee, and sword also some styles are a mix for example if you have just sword you can learn three, two, one, and zero sword style or just melee you could learn like kung fu with the kung fu weapons.
They should add celestial dragons and Mariejois where you can raid it and free the slaves if you get caught you go impel down as a form of progression or u get enslaved/excuted
