Imagine being in a room knowing your about to record something that will put a smile on millions of peoples faces every day for decades. Theme park music fascinates me so much because as long as the ride is running, the music is playing more than it’s not. And with attractions like splash even more so because it was in 3 different time zones, so likely playing every second of every day since it was turned on
No other song will match the embodiment of happiness more than Zip-a-dee-doo-dah. Shame Disney has ensured more softer future generations won't ever hear it. Song of the South might have heavily dated elements, but it deserves to be out there to view with all the other Disney classics. Just put a disclaimer, and problem solved.
@@ZeepAtomic clearly you don’t know what the word “racism” means. If racism existed in the film, why is the lead actor black? Why did he get an Oscar? Why are they having peaceful interactions with each other? Why do they have most of the singing roles? Did you know that the director was an activist against slavery? Did you know that the film’s setting took place in the reconstruction era when slavery was abolished? Clearly you have not. Please do your research.
It's cool to hear that lady singing her little heart out, but it just doesn't fit the style of the song, and im so glad it wasn't in the final version. It definitely fit better in the WDW version, so im glad it went that route for that one.
