    Wonderful part 1. Look forward for part 2. What's maximum age for this course? How fit should one be to attempt. Can't do so many push ups

      @@tRAVel.wIthRAVI 😊 Thank you.. part 2 is coming soon.. there are 5 mountaineering institutes in India 3 of them have age limit year 40 and 2 have 45.. this course is physically and mentally challenging.. so in both these criteria we must be strong…

      @ If u think u can meet physical and mental fitness criteria, you can try to call them for admission if they agree then well and good, at least u can try to call them about over age thing

      @@Karanthemountaineer Karan bhai..abhi UA-cam pe kuch hua hai..most of the channels ke views drop ho gaye hai kafi dinose..mera channel to bahot chhota hai waise to but, mere views bhi lagbhag kuch bhi nhi aa rahe. But brother keep doing good content..

      Thank you for reply Chetan bhai . Just little discomfort hai dr ko dikhane wala nahi and I’m asking you for fitness tips how you prepared for bmc in such a short period

      @ actually maine gym me personal trainer liya tha..because of medical history, to trainer ne sahi se handle kiya..aap Running karo long distance, time speed doesn’t matter during preparation just focus on long distance running..waise to baki sabhi body part exercises essential hai..legs upper body, pushups, pull ups, push ups and pull ups pe bhi ache se work karo..legs bhi…waise BMC kaha se karne wale ho?
