@ actually maine gym me personal trainer liya tha..because of medical history, to trainer ne sahi se handle kiya..aap Running karo long distance, time speed doesn’t matter during preparation just focus on long distance running..waise to baki sabhi body part exercises essential hai..legs upper body, pushups, pull ups, push ups and pull ups pe bhi ache se work karo..legs bhi…waise BMC kaha se karne wale ho?
