Damn. That was beautiful. I would love to hear this as a studio recording. When you first started playing I had my volume down low and thought, "Is there a piano backing this??" Absolutely love the style. The slow tempo, acoustic guitar, and your vocal tone reminds me a bit of Gorillaz. And the lyrics... If they're your own, that is some damn fine writing. I've been playing for fun ~15 years now (starting by ear and later with self-taught classical training). Sort of unintentionally lost interest in playing a few years ago due to life circumstances. But, I have an old acoustic guitar very similar to that collecting dust in my room (with broken tuning pegs, which I used a multi-tool pocket wrench to tune it with for YEARS since the plastic peg handles weren't replaceable lol). An unbranded classical guitar which my brother found in an abandoned house while looking for me after I ran away from home. Drawn on with a sharpie by myself and a few old friends over the years while hanging out and partying. I'm assuming that guitar might be "The One?" It's got a great sound. Looking forward to hearing more!
Wow thanks so much for the great feedback! It's my original song, as are almost all the songs on this channel! It's so great to know that someone likes it enough to go on record! I would love to get into a decent studio, but for now......I'll have to try and record this again on a different old camera. I have written song names on the Martin M16-GTE to help remember what I can play. I'll be recording this song again very soon......Thanks again for listening! Burton S
