Another very beautiful, delightfully peaceful masterpiece! I slept with this one on last night & yes, it did the trick! 9 hours later, I’m fresh as a daisy! I’d be lucky to sleep more than 3 or 4 hours before I started listening to Zac’s beautiful music.
I even had a vivid dream that I was living on Mars. In all fairness though, I suspect this video influenced that dream. 😊

This time of year is especially hard for me. My sons 6th anniversary of his passing is May 17th. This year is harder than former years as my landlord desided he didn't want to be a landlord anymore. We have to be out June 1st.
This place was the last place I wanted to leave as it's the last place my son was alive. He passed from health conditions he was born with at 16 years old.
I find myself coming back to these tracks repeatedly. Three weeks ago I had a massive panic attack and came to find your shorter tracks specifically for the breathing circle and the calm that over takes my brain.

this goes right up my valley. you are amazing at what you do Zac. definetly gonna use this in an hour or so while i drift away in my sleep. Also Zac,Speaking of drift i would love to hear more of your stuff like Drifting Tunes. that one is my favorite and its always my go to sleep music when i cant find any new ones. the minimalist use of sounds and also the tone of the sounds are very ear soothing for me. its not necessarily a calming piece that bring joy and peace. but its perfect for those times that you just wanna get calm and drift away and not necessarily in a happy and uplifting way. gives you such a good thinking space.
