Very well said sir... In India hotel industry creates mindset of surrendering to the company rather than growing with the company. They treat us as common labours than professional. In university and hotels they teach us company is temple and manager is God.not matter what we face.. Higher Management is always right.. If you say your prblm.. Your just complain box and incompetent.

There is Hotel Association of India wherein five star hotels are members wherein top management takes part and make decisions
There is a requirement for association for lower management employees also where it can redress the problems and challenges faced by them

You absolutely right sir i am facing too much struggle in intern when I doing intern in kitchen I working 14 hours daily, I have stipend 1200,only get 1 holiday, no respect oi yaha pr aaah kam kar baitha kyu he yeh hotel industry esa hi chalti he rest nahi kr sakte i am too much angry and frustated to the hotel it's time to doing human rights

Bro i don't know about you but whe I did my internship. They were paying us 8-10k. It generally depends hotel to hotel. Also please do some research. Every hotel have different policy regarding working hrs of staff.
