    In this clip, we demonstrate a quick way to improve your 1st touch and passing for soccer.
    You start by placing four cones aligned about one foot apart from each other and one cone about one meter apart from the others.
    Then, you do lateral movements with two steps between each cone. Once you get to the end, you’ll receive a pass from your teammate and pass it back.
    You repeat the exercise on the other direction. This way, you’ll practice your first touch and soccer passes with both feet.
