Awesome things from Holly!! Love the elephant plant holder!! You hit some great yard sales!! So much to look at!! You are so sweet!! Bought for sweet Salsa, Mamma Stacks, & Renee 💗 Really loved the Costco stand that you found!! ☺️❤️✌️
Wow Thank you, Holly for all the wonderful treasures given to Taco Stacks. OMG Taco Stacks love to you searching through yard sales. The USA jacket is amazing. Hugs and kisses for Queen Salsa. GREAT VIDEO AND GREAT CONTENT. THUMBS-UP ALWAYS!!!!!!!!
I’m loving your shopping videos Taco! I also enjoy the trash picking videos but these are different and fun too! You buy the most random items! It is fun to guess what you are going to purchase. Good on you for buying the ephemera lot for Renee! She will appreciate all that history.
My wife would go nuts , with crafting items , wreaths, patriotic things , quilts and afghans , pillows. Kitchen things . My wife won awards with her quilts and afghans.
Any well made quilt or topper has value to a sewist like me. With upcyle the rage and saving things from landfill they can be made into anything. Totes, vests. Pillow covers. Fabric by the yard is lower quality. It’s harder to find even a vintage sheet or volume of fabric at thrift stores. So even if not a quilter we do that. Piece material together. Just info for you.
That yellow kitchen cart is worth a lot more than $10. It is a bit faded but they are often all rusty and that one is in great shape. The elephant stand is a plant stand. I have one and it did not come with a glass top. Thanks for sharing!
Made me laugh out loud when you turned that Elephant upside down thinking that was they way it went! Great Video...keep em coming please! Nice of you to get that stuff for Renee too.
I have a barrister bookshelf that my Grandfather got at a VA Tech auction years ago and mine has a drawer on the bottom also. Most do not. The new jacket was a steal !! You got some neat stuff at the yard sales. Renee will love going through the ephemera that's for sure. You are a Great Son thinking of your Mom when buying stuff!!
That drawer thing is awesome! It'd be great to store papers or remote controls in and slide under a couch or coffee table, or display on an end table. So cool!
I love that Drawer you bought - would be a great 'project' for someone. Never seen anything like it in UK :-( You got some good things there Taco - hope they sell well for you. Keep living the dream :-)
Taco the lawyers wooden drawer is nice, put some Old English Oil on it and it will enhance the look of drawer in a Great way!! Brings out the Wood Grain and makes it Have A More Vibrate Look!!!!
I still use our Pyrex bowls just like the ones at your yard sale. I find it funny that they are collectible, vintage items now. I guess I'm vintage, too.
Hi Taco Stacks . You did well at the yard sales. Are you giving the mug to your Dad ? Your a good son getting things for your Mom and Dad. Really nice of the lady giving you all those items . Stay safe and well PEACE ☮️ ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️💕💕💕💕💯💯💯💯🦮🦮🦮🦮💯💯💯💯💯
That bookcase base needs to be refinished. Badly. You're lucky to find all those yard sales; I had two or three good weekends this year from May to October. The rest were of the "why did I bother" variety. The quilt "topper" looked like what is properly called a "Summer quilt" - quilted but no matting. Damaged ones are an easy sale to crafters, but if it's old or hand sewn I wouldn't mess with it.
I agree! Even the DIY’s that don’t exactly turn out right. It’s real life and I can totally appreciate many DIY’s that don’t quite turn out like what the Pro’s do.
Taco, I like your new camera, a more crisp & clear picture. Very, nice ylw. Cosco cart!! Sweet son you are, to think of your mom & got her that quilted, table topper!
AMY: Likewise: second grade at Napoleon School, Napoleon North Dakota! I sure got excited when I saw that folder! My sister & I still have ours, & I did a bit of research about 10 years ago, learned they can still be cashed in! (But, that was more work, so I haven't done anything more!)
Haha,,,reminded me of the old George Carlin skit about loading and unloading groceries.from the shelf to the cart, out of the cart,to the counter,,back in the cart to the car,,out of the cart IN the car,,out of the car, into the house
I love that old cart, I actually have two - one red and one green speckle. The elephant table is cool. Lots of sweet stuff. Where I set up at Springs PA flea market, it's done for the season. Nice quilt/blanket. Don't ya just love the fun doggies you get to meet doing sales? Couldn't see the price on the wooden box or what the advertisement was but some old ones are good money. I never knew about the pocket t-shirt thing, that really is crazy. Good deal on the ephemera. I'm doing a live every Sun. this month with another reseller, about ephemera, you might enjoy watching. Looks like the Hero 9 is treating you okay. I like my Hero 8, which I just got a couple months ago.
@@tracybromage-spencer1882 Yes it is! It seems like just a few years ago when my 5 kids were little and we had a couple baby swings and then I had an In Home Daycare Center for almost 30 years and now I have NO baby swings, but I do use a Walker !!!
The back side of a quilt top will show the seam allowances and raw edges where the different fabric pieces were sewn together. The back side of the one you purchased looked like a solid piece of fabric and I didn't see the seams and raw edges. I wonder if someone pieced a top and rather than go to the expense of having it quilted with batting in between the layers they just sewed a backing on it. I've done that.
Sounds like your parents were born 1945 if your dad graduated in 63...🙏🙂 love the elephant table you can get a beveled glass cut out to fit it at a glass shop. Will look great.. Salsa looking good as usual... thanks again for sharing. God bless. 👍😷😇
Yard sales till November! Wow they are all but done here in September. Indoor markets go till Christmas, some year-round, but most close after Christmas and don't open till April, May. So wish you the best selling at fealmarket. 👍👍
That lawyer bookcase top is awesome. I sold some plain book case sections for $60 each and one needed slight repair. I sold them to a guy that refurbishes then and sells them for double that and more. Your section is probably worth more than mine as the drawer tops are less common. They can be refinished to look brand new. To the right buyer I’d say $40-50 easy.

Taco have you ever thought about getting quarter sized pallets and then loading onto them for your boxes. Get a helper and use the canvas straps to move the whole pallet rather than box after box. You could get Paper and Mosse to help you. Or do what box man does at Flea market anything to bring interest and get sales.
I've got a deer stand like that elephant. I stand a big basket of cinnamon scented pinecones on or a big artificial poinsettia in a decorative basket. The elephant would look great with a fern or palm of some sort

I had to smile that 1 rummage sale had an elderly walker on one side of the driveway and a baby swing on the other, that's how fast life goes.
