Agreed mate- I feel like when you’ve had time off - it’s awareness that takes some time, but it’s also the rushed feeling and sense of ‘lack of time’ on the ball. I think this is to do with space making, angle of touch (even centre meters), balance and agility. They all contribute. Almost feels like we are rushed or stretching for it after time off.

you reckon? I love that sport and always been naturally proper fit, some of these guys are insane. My best 5km was 16:45. Main goal right now is build ability to cope with load from football matches, so I can train more, lose weight so I can be a better more efficient runner and then my training between football will be Hyrox focused!
