Please use caution when adjusting the volt meter. A buddy just fried his because the screwdriver slipped and hit the bottom of the board and shorted something.
Thank you Flyboy! Very thorough guide. I can add that if you don't have a crimp tool, you CAN use a needle nose pliers if you are a bit careful and bend one of the metal legs at a time and then wrap the other one across it. Do you happen to know what those plugs on the motherboard are used for normally? Or is there any text on the print that indicate what they do? That might help to locate similar plugs on other boards.

Best to use a plastic screwdriver.
I am doing this to my Commander Pro this weekend .
Nice detail tutorial. Thanks Flyboy!
Excellent!

I have no idea. Back in the day people made layouts for every board. But since there is a new wheel/board every month, people stopped doing this.

*So useful!!*
Can you get this anywhere else besides Ali express? I can’t find it anywhere else.
There were some options on Amazon but they were 7x the price. I had a buddy order a bunch for me because I haven't hopped on the Ali train.
Is there any way to do this with the Commander Mini?
I'm not familiar with the LCD screen on that wheel. If it looks like the begode one, then yes.
@@FlyboyEUC It's different, the transparent plastic only covers the display board and the rest of the cover is non-transparent :(
