Ya.. M- Sand is good for all construction purpose... im not sure about preferring M- Sand grade. I will let you know once I collected the informations.
There s no standard mix design for M-Sand. It is mainly used for masonry works, footing, solid blocks, hollow blocks.. Not for load bearing members predominantly

M sand causes destroying of mountains in our state...River sand can be restored over a period of time but mountains can't recreated.... Think about that
Thank you for the comment brother... Restoring of river sand will happen only by the erosion of mountains only.. in environmental point of view both m-sand and river sand are affecting.

1 st one is best for usage and handling in plastering. For other purpose like concreting, mortar there is no much difference in strength.
