    Awesome... still don't know the difference between fusion and welding, except for the locations they are used. Fusion doesn't use glue... but neither does welding 🤔

    So you are not using any adhesives / epoxy resins / cements to keep the seams together? I just had the seams on my SUP melt and I am looking into ways to make sure that doesn't happen again. The PVC glues used (HH-66) are rated up to 150....this heat wave in Texas must have busted that number. Granted, my board was in the sun for 6 hours in what virtually became boiling water. At 6AM it was fine...morning paddle. Returned at noon and board was completely deflated from the seam having busted open, where the epoxy adhesive was basically in a liquid / very fluid state

      In those temps it is always going to happen, I think the first directions I read on the board were "do not leave out in direct sunlight for a prolonged time"

    what makes your linear dropstitch used in Zen boards different to other iSUP using linear dropstitch as they are usually used in cheap paddleboards?
