Il be in Cebu city then heading to Boracay a few days later in early April. Was just in Cebu last October. I ABSOLUTELY love that country and all its beauty. If I were able to work for myself and make a decent living, I'd move in a heartbeat. 35 years old from US.
I would like to suggest, you might want to consider the SIQUIJOR ISLAND also called the isla del fuego... super affordable there and you will find lots of amazing beaches.

Nice, Leo Beach. I stayed there when I was in El Nido four years ago. It was nice to get away from the town. Since we went island hopping everyday, we didn’t get to go visit Nacpan. The island hopping was better though. Enjoy!
Pls do try the mossy forrest of the philippines its out of this world they say its like avatar in the movie and also the depth/death pool at buruan agno panggasinan so many places here yet unknown by foreingers hope your the first to vlog there

Nacpan beach front properties has been bought by large corporations. Soon you will see high rise condominiums and big hotel resorts but the beach access will still be open similar to Boracay with approx 25 to 30 meters from the shoreline (high tide). It is one of the longest beach in Palawan.

Hello you might interested Iloilo City we have a lot of island in Panay to explore food are cheaper especially we are known Seafood capital. Our scalops in the island is 1 peso if you go to Islas Gegantes Island

Wow...three years or so ago there was nothing there. You could have the whole beach to yourself. Now it's more developed and may get to be like another Boracay. I'm happy and sad. Happy that people are discovering and enjoying Nacpan beach. Sad that the days of having a solitary walk on the beach are over. For God's sake there are ATVs for rent on the beach? I have nothing against ATVs. It just doesn't feel like it belongs there. I live not far from Pismo Beach, CA. where there are large sand dunes that go for miles. They rent ATVs there and it's a good fit.

Dude, EL Nido is great for all kinds of reasons. The beaches, the food, the people are fantastic but not going on a boat tour from El Nido is like going to Disney Land and only checking out the parking lot. You missed out on some breathtaking scenery that can only be found there. That's really too bad.
