In jars is where I’ve found the most beautiful pieces, I found a pearl necklace I know their real, it has 14k in the lock with 3 stick figure people, and I’ve found alot of ivory, that I also give away, I always watch your channel I’ve learned a lot about jewelry that way. Thank you

The three clickers at 16:42 are septum rings. They look like generic designs that are used for septum piercings, and unfortunately the opals are most likely synthetic like with most jewelry for piercings. The material is probably surgical grade stainless steel, as that is one of the best hypoallergenic materials for piercings. I hope that helps :)
