[Easy potato gratin with meat sauce🍳]
Cooking time: 20 minutes
■Ingredients (for 2 people)
Potatoes…2 pieces
Beef and pork minced meat…150g
Onion…1/2 piece
Salted butter…10g
(A)
Worcestershire sauce...4 teaspoons
Ketchup…2 tablespoons
Consomme granules…1/2 teaspoon
Salt and pepper…a little
Cheese for pizza…20g
Dried parsley…appropriate amount
■How to make
① Put ingredients (A) in a small bowl and mix.
② Remove the sprouts from the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into 5cm cubes.
Transfer to a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
③ Roughly chop the onion and melt it in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the onions.
④When the onions become soft, add the minced meat and stir-fry over medium heat.
When the minced meat becomes crumbly, add ① and mix.
⑤ When the meat is cooked, add ②, mix, and remove from the heat.
⑥ Place ⑤ and pizza cheese on a heat-resistant plate and toast in the toaster for 4 minutes.
⑦ Once the surface is browned, sprinkle with parsley and it's done.
