(I know your comment is really old) But that’s so awesome. I used to sit and listen to song after song of this guy playing, it mesmerized me. I was 15 when I came across his page just learning how to play piano, I’m almost 28 now. This was one of my favorite ones, hearing it takes me back.
The great thing about music is that you can make it sound so freaking good by just adding little flares, like rolling the cords or adding a delay. The basic song and melody is actually pretty easy, but the timing and off-beat notes that make it sound so good are the difficult parts. Coldplay makes really great music because they start with a simple beat and melody and get progressively more complicated and adding more interesting parts.
Do what I did. I'm still pretty young and I've only done piano for about 8 or 9 years. For my age, I can now play all kinds of Mozart and Chop Sticks. Keep practicing every day and if you go to a teacher, ask for harder songs everytime you go. Good luck! You'll do great!

Even if this user doesn't offer the sheet music for their cover of the song, it's still easy to look at what notes and arpeggiated chords they're playing in the left hand, and from there it's pretty easy to guess the chord progression of both the verses and chorus. And then you could probably pick out the melody in the right hand as well! Awesome cover.
