Today I made call HCI, m surprised when she said book appointment by using father’s information and mail id, one more thing, father’s presence is important while attending appointment.
1. Yes you need parents details to book an appointment
2. Any parent can do the work, if only one is visiting then ppf is important from other parent

I have applied both at the same time for my baby. In the confirmation email from the Home office they said I need to send a copy of birth certificate to passport section then only the passport process will gonna start from their end.
Can anyone please help me with the email address of passport section? Is it the same home office london email ID?
I am unable to book appointment since 3 days because it is showing the error “An appointment has been recently scheduled from the same IP. Only 1 appointment can be scheduled during 24 hours from the same IP address.” But I have not booked anything and every time it says this, I have tried from laptop, mobile, iPad but still same error. Urgent help!!!

Hi there, could you please tell where i can find the affidavit to register birth over an year?? I checked in consular forms but I'm not finding one..
I guess you need check with notary service for affidavit
I have received and sent Indian birth certificate via email…..how to know that they have started the passport process , I have not received any email confirmation.
They will do the work in background and you will get the passport within a week

Yea affidavit is required because 1 year se jada ho gya hai, apko basically ye explain karna hai ki apne 1st year me ku nhi apply kia
