Cake - I Will Survive - Drum Cover by Joaquin Correa

Cake released this version of I Will Survive in 1997, this was actually a cover of Gloria Gaynor who released the original version in 1978. But then the song was penned by Freddie Perren and Dino Fekaris (who also produced Gaynor's album) and here I am adding my drums to Cake's take of it haha.
I think their version is even nicer, the drums are amazing and were played by Todd Roper. The one who did not like Cake's version was actually Gloria Gaynor, maybe she got jealous that her version perhaps sucked in comparison...
Anyway, I hope you like this. Watch it on repeat, please.
