Question. Why not use the baker's dozen as the rifle of choice? I have never understood the terminology in this game. A Marksman rifle is a DMR, but they designated it as the sniper category, which is incorrect.
I use the bakers dozen but the 1886 also and it can kill enemies with a single headshot. It’s a bit harder to get headshots as you don’t have a scope but once you get the hang of it it really hits hard.
@@davidclixby5840 I took that into consideration. But why use a rifle limited to six rounds versus a rifle that carries a 20-round magazine? Sure, you may get one headshot kill with the 1886, but you always have to reload four times more often than the M14.
@@nathangregory_ because the 1886 can one-shot kill (and therefore chainkill, which is super easy with determined), whereas the M14 cannot. For reference, the 1886 has ~65% more base damage than the M14 (Classic M1A).
I tested this build (I put reload speed into the rifle so mine is 205% headshot dmg) I got 18.3 mils as highest dmg per bullet. Then switched holster with picaro and also switched specialization to tech. Highest dmg is 17.7. My opinion for go-to build is picaro with technician cause shield is 5 tier so it has much more survivable and still high power. Western run & gun rifle
You can go for the second piece of Zwiadowka or how everrrr you spell it 🤣 that will add the 20% rifle damage back and ‘only’ loose the 3 price bonus from Breaking Point. With then Vigilance for damage or Bloodsucker for Survivability
