my wildest dream to date, i was attending a wedding and the groom was actor darren criss and the bride was a human sized anthropomorphized chicken and they couldn’t get married bc she lost her beak so everyone had to pause the wedding and look for it.
i think i found it and had a moment of hesitation to give it back cause i didn’t want actor darren criss to get married but ultimately i did give it back and i woke up before it started.
i clearly remember actor darren criss being extremely sweet and considerate to his chicken bride, trying to comfort her and i was like “yes, this is normal.”
I think you need to contact actor darren criss directly about this, he would probably get a laugh out of it.

The weirdest dream I ever had is probably a two way tie.
1. I got mugged for the hundreds of Batman figurines that I was somehow carrying around in my pockets. The mugger literally said "Give me your Batmans or else!"
2. My mum turned into the other mother from Coraline, but the special effects transition was so bad that I realized I was dreaming and woke myself up from anger at the bad special effects.
Leave a 1 or 2 for which one you think is weirder.

I'll never forget my dream where I was looking at birds in a pet store, and I met a super cool cockatoo named Sherlock Holmes. He spoke english and was incredibly polite (shook my hand), and was wearing cowboy boots! And more than that, he took off his boots... to reveal OTHER boots! He was incredible.

my interpretation of the dreams
nathans: fearing losing control in social situations
jacobs: fear of things like mugging or assault on the street
katrina: fear of your animals or loved ones passing away and it being your fault
julias: god no idea maybe crippling fear of what capitalism has become
given my understanding of it, it's more like a snowball affect. a fear of something so minor turning into something cattastrophic
I have my own idea about the dreams and it feels like
Nathan's: about stress of navigating a large public space like a mall or a train station in a group because to be honest that is stressful and it's hard to quite see where escalators go
Jacob's: something happened to wake him up like a chest spasm or something and his brain inserted piccolo in to punch him
Karina's: about feeling unable to take care of a pet and that you'll mess it up and kill them
Julia's: I think yeah it's about a small mistake ending up into something absolutely terrifying and out of her control, big anxiety mood which I think Julia has said she has?

I once dreamt that I was sitting on a bench in front of a lake.
I knew there was something in the lake.
A monster.
If I stopped looking at the lake then it would come out, and it would kill me.
Behind me I knew there were trees. I could hear them rustling. There was no wind. The rustling was very close, but I couldn't turn to look. I had to keep looking at the lake.
Off to my left, in my peripheral vision, I could see a semi-human figure shambling towards me. It was definitely "approaching" but it never actually got any closer.
Above me was a vast planet. Impossibly close. I could feel it's gravitic pull tugging at me. These show up quite often in my dreams.
There were all these things trying to attract my attention, but I had to keep my eyes on the lake.
If I stop looking it will get me.
Then I woke up, and my first thought was;
"Oh shit. I'm not looking at the lake!"
Damn imagine if every type of god or spirit had to do that to keep their existence damn this could make a god-level mythos system.

oh god i constantly have the "you didn't actually graduate highschool now you gotta come back" dream
I have dreams that that happens but with middle school then have to go through high-school and college, but have mandatory school dances on top of that but I can't dance with anyone but the teachers or I'm deemed a pedophile.
When I was like four I had a nightmare that my sister, who is fourteen years older than me and often would babysit me while my parents worked, took me grocery shopping with her while babysitting me one day. We went to Walmart because it was close to her apartment and she had a bunch of coupons or something.
Anyways, we walked in, she lets me grab the basket like always, and I turn around and I see her getting kidnapped by Chef Boyardee himself. I remember everyone else not reacting, her screaming as he took her back to this hot stove, and me chasing her.
Safe to say, I woke up crying and refused to eat ravioli for like a month and was convinced Chef Boyardee ate people.

From the way they were talking about it, it sounds like something from an upcoming episode they filmed a while ago that Julia has since had a dream about.
The weirdest dream I ever had was that I felt something poking my big toe, and when I checked it out it was a little folded paper that was hidden under that toenail and when I opened it, it had instructions on how to use my left foot, with illustrations.
A few dream things I’ve had:
-A flying carousel horse that you could ride on, but if you were sitting on it everyone would automatically think your name was Brody
-I was cosplaying as an elevator and accidentally ran my bulky costume into a car, denting it. Turns out the car belonged to Ellen Degeneres.
-I met a girl in a dressing room, we randomly started kissing, and then she told me we were cousins.
-My room flooded, and a bunch of tiny frogs were living in my bed. Then the water drained away, and I had to re-flood my room without my parents knowing otherwise the bed frogs would die. I was then horrified to find a ton of frog eggs,which actually looked like bloody worms, inside one of my favorite stuffed animals. Literally woke myself up by making sobbing noises.
- Reoccurring dream where I just really, REALLY want to take a shower and a series of random things keep happening to prevent me from doing so. These things can include tornadoes, random dance parties, people coming in and refusing to leave, being unable to find a towel, my family insisting I come with them somewhere, and sudden monkey invasions.
-T Rex chasing me through Costco.

That frog dream made me remember a similar dream I had where there were some sort of aquatic animals on the floor and I had to flood the room, then they must've disappeared, and I got in trouble
Weirdest dream I ever had was a dream when I was ungodly sick and refused to go to a doctor.
I my body was aching and I decided to take a shower.
I fell asleep from the heat and dreamt I was a small steam bun right before the lunch rush.
I was trying as hard as possible to become steamed and then I started falling apart. The business men who were there saw me and said I was rotten, and I then, grabbed some dough and remade myself. I grabbed some bbq pork and wrapped myself in the dough and pork. Again I was rejected over and over again, and after giving up, I was eventually eaten by the last businessman of the rush!
When I awoke I found the shower had gone warm down from burning hot, and I apparently had grabbed all the towels and bars of soap and had wrapped myself in them in the shower while it was scalding hot.
My roommates said I was talking to myself about wanting to be eaten and being delicious if I filled myself with bbq pork. They figured I was doing okay and let me do my thing...

I have had so many weird dreams, man.
1. A claymation Frankenstein family walking through a factory and getting disfigured; about 3rd grade
2. Eating a cookie shaped like sad children as punishment and becoming extremely sad because of it; Maybe Pre-K?
3. Recurring dream in which I was standing on a small moon and fell off, woke up, fell back asleep, repeat about ten times; Maybe 8 years old???
4. Being sat down in a dark van in which a dentist put an impossibly large ice pack up my nose. I screamed to be let down and woke up immediately after; I don’t even know, elementary school.
5. Frantically packing a suitcase and trying to get into a car, a friend looks up, expression soaked in dread and whispers: “It’s too late, they’re here.” The room floods with penguins. The car floods with penguins. So many penguins. Later the ice king was playing the drums, the only person in the audience another him blowing raspberries; sometime last year
6. Being chased by, as my dream called him, ‘Chainsaw Freddy’ (Freddy Fazbear), and dying multiple gory deaths. Every time I started over and tried again to hide from him in the front yard. Hid behind some trees, ran away some more, eventually watched ‘The boy with the black hair and the white mask’ crush some children with a weird looking hydraulic press, me among them, and being turned into child-animatronic hybrids; last night.

An incredibly serene scene without sound or color where I sit in the living room with my mom, eating monochrome spaghetti. A giant red dust mite sits on my plate as the only color. The only sound I hear then is my mother saying: "e a t"
A long dream about me getting seperated from my family on a highway, getting adopted by a new, very nice family. After two years or so, I get kidnapped by a green witch and get stuffed in a cage in her weird laboratory. Finally, my original family rescues me but I recall feeling kinda weird about them after waking up
Me sitting on the rim of a roof with a buncha babies, we all fall off.
I wake up, but my entire house is empty and the lighting is like a constant dawn. Behind my back though, weird shadow creatures climb out of the TV. I did the Alice in Wonderland move where I poke my arm to wake myself up for real.
Instantly waking up again, but it's still a dream but I don't realize it until I see a poster of a rubber ducky staring me dead in the eye, one second later two red arms grab my bed from underneath and violently shake it.
Me and my friend are exploring the jungles of a foreign planet. After some time, we find a slimy orange... thing that looks like half a pear. My friend touches it and the thing just sucks all the life fluids as well as his very soul. I instantly ran but the thing grew slimy tentacles and grabbed me.
A silly dream where I see a giant cyborg chicken in the middle of the road. I decide to ride it, and the moment I get on the scenery curls up into a tiny Mario Galaxy type of planet. I go nuts and run over all the cars with my chicken friend.
I'm in a giant hallway of toilet stalls left and right, one side is for men and the other for women. The hallway reaches till the horizon on both sides. I gotta pee so bad, but I know that theres... something in one of those stalls.

@@geschnitztekiste4111 wow I had one of those dreams too where everytime you wake up you're in another nightmare. I remember believing that something/someone was keeping asleep and I beg it to let me wake up. It felt like I was asleep for days. It might be a kind of sleep paralysis though.

I used to have a yearly dream around Christmas where bigfoot came to my house, knocked, and then I woke up my family to tell them he was there. Then, we left the house and ran from bigfoot, proceeding to gather the rest of the neighborhood to tell them bigfoot was chasing us. Everyone ended up in my house and we locked the door and stared out the window to watch bigfoot try and open the door but he couldn't because he had no hands.

I have the same “I have to go back to high school because I didn’t take a science class” recurring dream. And I’ll have second hand anxiety for my sleep self, because I’m not prepared for the class, when I wake up.
That's me, but its always a math class and I forgot to do the homework.
Yeah, I recently had a dream like that where I don't remember what actually happened, but I remember just feeling like "Oh god, I have to go back to college, I can't handle this" and then I woke up.
Weirdest dream I've had was when I changed to a new brand of medicine, forget what it was for but I think I was sick or something? And I just had this weird dream that I was just in this tall grass that was like the yard but I was really small, and there was just this giant snake that had my mom's head on it instead of a snake head. Afterwards, I just woke up in a sweat and I got off of the medicine after that because everyone around could tell that crap wasn't normal.
Another memorable one I've had is this weird dream where I don't know how to swim in real life, but in this dream I somehow fell into this lake and I just remember sinking and I remember the area around me getting darker and murkier. And then I look over and there's just two MASSIVE red glowing eyes off in the distance, but I can't move and I don't have any way to get away. I woke up a bit later and was just like "Man, that was cool!"

As someone who's currently attending high school I have constant dreams where I forgot to do my homework and I wake up in a cold sweat and check sometimes only to be like, "I didn't even have homework."
I have dreams like that too, semi-regularly. Except I never know why I'm back in high school, unless the dream explains it away as my high school suddenly offering college classes.
Sometimes it'll turn out that my dream self signed up for classes and forgot about some of them, and I'll be like "shit, I haven't been showing up!" I think there's definitely an anxiety component there. XD
Nathan - self-worth issues.
Jacob - doesn't know if he's the hero or the villain.
Karina - attachment and dependency issues.
Julia - generally, the feeling of being trapped. Typically not worth reading too much into specificity, but if we're to give the M&M some merit, it would associate with the feeling of being trapped with a concern over a worthwhile legacy; wasted time on silly things.
Weird, as soon as the whole picture of Julia's dream came to light the first thing I though was either blowing things out of proportion, and maybe some self worth issues given how small she drew herself. Feeling trapped did not at all cross my mind.

You have reminded me of some of my strangest dreams, and as revenge, I must now share them.
1: I’m sick and being taken care of by my husband and step-daughter (even though I am not married irl). This is a recurring dream and my family in the dream always looks the same. I’ve had this dream enough times that I have drawn their faces purely from memory, and I could describe them as well as I could describe a real person.
2: I’m at a circus where the show was entirely grayscale. Everything else was in color, but the performers, the animals, even the ringmaster, all looked like they were in an old black and white movie. I also think at some point I was pulled into the show to do an act with the lion, but I am only saying that because I also have really vivid memories of the inside of a grayscale lion’s mouth, and I know that it was a popular lion tamer trick to stick your head into into a tame lions mouth.
And 3: I am a teenaged goth boy (three things which I am not) who has teleportation and time travel powers. I exclusively use these powers to go back in time and mess with famous historical figures.

No ones going to read this, I just want a record of this batshit insane dream I've just remembered somewhere on the Internet. So, I was scheduled to fight Satan. Like a boxing match sort of thing. No, I don't know why. No, I'm not and have never been religious. Anyway, most of the dream was me stressing out in the weeks before the fight. I was worrying everyday for what felt like a month. Then it got to the night of the actual fight and someone shows up in my place to fight Satan instead. Who is it? None other than Marge Simpson. She kicks the shit out of the devil and everything returns to normal. Afterwards though, I remember being bitter about it because I was the one who was supposed to fight Satan and she stole my thunder. Anyway, then I woke up and questioned my sanity. No I was not on drugs. I have no fucking idea why my brain decided that it was an important thing to show me.
Anyway, I loved this video. Please do more dream stuff, it's fucking great.

100% my weirdest dream:
It was like a Mama Mia scenario with my older sisters (never saw the guy she was marrying). Thing is, it took place in a hockey rink. Not some romantic tropical place or whatever, just a normal mostly empty hockey rink. The entire dream there are also robots walking around, and at the very end, they wanted to start their own robotic uprising. In the end they were stopped by the one stupidest thing ever...
Woody from Toy Story appeared on the jumbotron and went “Hey, stop that” and they just did. The end.

Weirdest dream I remember is I was in the point of view of a meerkat running through their tunnel system, and when I reached the main chamber it just showed a massive pile of redbull that the meerkats had stashed.
I used to regularly have this one dream that was like 80% just the somatic feeling of sharpness, 15% the sound of spiky static, and 5% trippy visuals of moving too fast through a series of abstract peaks and valleys that were all vibrating. They also always lasted a really long time. I don’t have them anymore but they remain the most intense and strange dreams I’ve ever had

i’ve had several weird dreams, but my most memorable is probably the one about a plastic lobster
allow me to describe in greater detail- so i was at a mostly abandoned water park with my dad. so you know how those places have lazy rivers? so i got in a tube and went down the lazy river along with my dad.
eventually, the scene around us shifts, and takes on this cheap, plastic look. the trees turn into plastic, the leaves are thin and frail, and everything looks fake. it looks fake rainforest exhibit. there’s even some wildlife in there, and despite the fact they’re made of plastic/have a plastic sheen about them, they’re still alive. the water even takes on a weird, muddled, foggy plastic look.
there’s fish swimming underneath it, and so i decide to take my hand and jab it into the water to catch one. i successfully catch a small carp? and i’m holding it with one hand.
i’m pretty sure everyone is familiar with what this is but let me describe a bit- so you know those bars that pop up when you’re playing Minecraft and you’re underwater? imagine that, but the inverse- and it applies to the fish.
constantly dunking the fish in and out of the water, i’m pretty sure i forgot about my dad by now- because look at this RAD fish i got?? i go mad and i start talking to this fish (sadly i don’t remember about what- it’s been 2yrs since i’ve had this dream lmao)
and eventually this carp evolves, much like a pokémon , into a bass? it’s gotten so large that i can’t hold it with one hand anymore, and i have to use both hands
it started raining, so i didn’t have to dunk it underwater anymore
then this bass evolves into a LOBSTER and the most wild thing is that- when i’m talking to it? it responds back. we just have a cool, casual conversation- unaware of the upcoming waterfall
we talk about going home, and i mention taking the lobster to my house and keeping him as a member of my family
we’re both pretty stoked about this idea
once we finally notice, i hold the lobster close to myself, and we fall down
we resurface, and the first thing i do is ask the lobster if he’s alright, and he says he’s fine
i don’t know what happened to my dad but he reappears later-
we’re wading the water, and we soon reach a clearing (no longer looks like plastic)
i start excitedly talking to the lobster, saying we can go home
the lobster, suddenly unsure, remains silent
we come across a giant pet store that specializes in aquariums, and as soon as we walk in, it starts raining once more. my dad reappears, and we’re browsing the store, looking for an appropriate tank
my dad tries to convince me out of keeping the plastic lobster, and shows me real lobsters, saying they could be so much better as pets
i refuse, telling him that i would much rather have my plastic, talking lobster
then- the lobster’s claw falls off
he assures me it’s okay, so i stick it back on and it stays in place
i show the lobster a tank and start talking about what a great life we could have together; the lobster nervously shifts in my hand and then tells me that, although he enjoyed his time with me, that he wouldn’t be a good fit- and that he needs to go see his actual home.
walking outside into the rain, i hold him up, and he disappears
but that’s not the end
suddenly, i’m in a familiar buffet
they’re serving lobster
i refuse to eat it.
ANALYSIS TIME (i would write more but i have work lol)!!!! so based on what i know from literature and dream meanings, the lobster represents confidence. the addition of the lobster being PLASTIC though, represents fake confidence. i was trapped in a falsehood of my own making. however, rain signifies the renewal- or rebirth of someone/something. by letting the plastic lobster out into the rain, i was then letting go of my fake confidence, able to stand on my own two feet again. my refusal to eat the lobster at the end is representative of myself refusing to indulge in a fabricated lie.
TLDR; i go on a water park adventure and almost adopted a plastic talking lobster, then discovered that it was best to let it go because it would’ve plagued my life with fake confidence

I had a dream where I lived as the princess of a post-apocalyptic tribe living in the rusted ruins of an old city, surrounded by golden grassy fields. Everyone wore leather berserker-type clothing, and forest animals roamed the cracked streets. Three months later, I had a sequel dream where a massive bulldozer came and began plowing down the ruins of the city as my tribe ran. It’s been three years, and I’ve never written a story for these dreams, nor have I had a third dream in the series.

My favorite weird dream from childhood: I was hosting a ball, and everyone was dressed up in their finest suits and ballgowns. Everyone was having a great time until someone shouted that the food was all gone. Panic ensued. For some reason, the lack of food was a really big deal. I was trying to figure out what to do when I noticed that my fingers looked like little smokies. I put one of my fingers in my mouth and bit it off, and it tasted exactly like little smokies, too! Then, as I was chewing my sausage finger, another finger grew back on my hand. The people stopped panicking as they watched me eat my fingers, and my fingers all kept growing back. So, they started eating their own fingers, which also tasted like little smokies and grew back. And thanks to our fingers, no one went hungry and the ball was a huge success.

I've had a pretty weird dream recently:
I used to fill vending machines, irl, and I was doing that in my dream as well. I was thinking about rearranging some stuff in the vending machine to have more space for other stuff. While doing this, some people were busy stealing the candy I had with me. When I noticed, I tried to stop them. I grabbed the box with candy they had with them and tore it apart in the process. One of the culprits started standing up to me. He was intimidating me by cutting small incisions in his own skin with a box cutter while walking towards me. The cuts didn't wound him however. While his caucasian skin opened up at every incision, it revealed a pinker skin underneath. I ran away in the dream and then woke up.
In another weird dream I had I was in a fast moving stream of people, being pushed along. At one moment I asked a question and everyone around me started obsessing about the question. It's all I remember from it. Some of my dreams are really out there.

Staircases taking you in random directions: means some robotic/automatic habit and/or outer force are leading you towards the unknown. Falling off can mean that you sense danger in not knowing this direction, or not trusting it. Gives you a sense of surprise, and not being in control. Dreams can often be taken very literally: What the character mean to you will come and hit you hard, literally hits you with it's personality. You might see yourself as someone that will suddenly get the characters personality or tendencies (for ex. suddenly feeling brave if that's your association). The pain from a punch could further mean that it's hard on you to feel those traits.
Cat dream=
Animals are always subconscious wilder parts of our brains. What is a cat to you? That part of you went missing, and you knew it was important for you to find it. Hurting it is the fear of that part of you being too fragile, and too weak.
M&M dream=
What are the surroundings like? Does it feel like home? Familiar? Foreign? Big city can mean a sense of opportunities and/or different possible directions. It can also mean that you feel small and overwhelmed.
M&M dropped: Comfort destroyed/out of hand. M&M dropped into puddle: Water always mean emotion. Look at the water itself. Is it black and muddy? Clear and calm? Clues like that will explain your emotional respons in this matter. Huge M&M: Something that felt comfortable/familiar know feels overwhelming and stressful.
Oh, and walking around without pants on means a sense of negative surprise, of not being in control, being vulnerable.
Losing teeth can mean bad confidence, and also a sense of not being in control. It's common to dream this when you're stressed, especially around self image.

2 dream things: *First,* dreams about losing teeth is usually representing a perceived loss of control in your life. *Second,* Karina, not usually remembering your dreams usually means that you have a complete uninterrupted sleep cycle. Dreams are usually remembered when disturbed out of them, prematurely. So you probably are getting proper rest!😁
My recurring dream is this: First day at a new school. (I've had it be any grade from elementary to college, but it's usually 6th) and I CAN'T find my classes. I spend so long searching that by the time I find the class, the bell rings and I have to find the next one. Sometimes I find the class before the bell but then I have to go to the bathroom and by the time I get to the bathroom, the bell rings. Sometimes I end up in the wrong class and have to sit there awkwardly until it's over. My schedule is never helpful.
This dream gives me so much anxiety and is my only recurring dream. It's plagued me for at least 12 years.
I'm not even in school anymore and I still have it.
My strangest dream (also a nightmare) is I was hired to work on this mansion of a guy I knew was a serial killer and even though I knew it, I showed up and he had all his victims displayed throughout of the house. Every room I went into was themed based on how he had killed them and I was growing increasingly nervous as I went through the house.
