So there are 3 types of areas in UnderRail: Controlled zone, partially controlled zone and uncontrolled zone. This area in particular classifies as uncontrolled zone, so that you can accomplish rescue quest more easily. More info on: www.underrail.com/wiki/index.php?title=Zone_Control
