Parents were stricter long ago. Neighbours used to Correct kids a long time ago. Nowadays, u cannot correct a neighbour's kid, because parents get upset

Agreed teach parents,grand parents,communities are to be blamed cause the majority have changed from when our grand and great grandparents were raised. Now is fighting class,jealousy excetra that running things now.
What about if a parent and grandparent dresses respectfully,takes the children to church and teaches them how to pray, the parent works in accordance with the teachers and gives the community the right to discipline the kids but yet still these kids still goes astray. What could be the cause of that now? I mean even if a father isnt taking responsibility for their kids but the mom is doing all they can to raise her children well but in the end the kids still joins a gang. What else could be the reason for that?
What I'm gathering from it is that the parents and grandparents act like they are same age as their kids. Most times we as parents act more like our kids friends instead of parents. And it boils down to respect as well,respect yourself and your children and they will respect and honor you as a parent and they will also respect others.

The laws should be changed and made tougher to discourage criminals. Government makes laws and legislation
