I love the implications that family can be reunited in hell, its common to comfort people who lose family by saying that "they're with their loved ones in heaven." So it's nice to see it spun as a wholesome spot amidst the chaos of hell. On another note, doesn't Angel have a twin Molly in heaven? We may get several types of afterlife reunion tropes soon
@@anyaarcadia9166 , Yes, according to the wiki. Also someone online showed me a Reddit source of Vivziepop saying she no longer plans for Angel’s family to make an entrance. @blaria95 thanks for telling me and that sounds adorable!!! Personally cause I'm a twin, I was looking forward to seeing how things were going to play out (cause it's actually pretty rare in media for 1 twin to be focused without the other twin being part of the main cast too), but just knowing trivia at this point is enough for me
I wouldn’t be surprised if Carmilla blames herself for her children’s untimely death and ending up in hell, which is why she feels so responsible for protecting them.
She seems like a good mom so far just got into bad situations where she had to do what she needed. But also heaven kinda seems like a place where its the same as hell except its covered up by pretty shiny colors and cleanliness yet the angels have proven to be just as hostile and bloodthirsty even the churbs. Hell just doesn't mask anything.
there's a theory that the reason Carmilla was able to kill a angel isn't because she is powerful or has any special weapon, but because her killing was selfless, she did it to protect the ones she loves, and it would explain why this has never happen before as well as tie in with the shows themes of redemption
Not to mention be another reason she won't risk war. Either she doesn't know, but does realize it's a fluke or she does know how she did it and knows the other overlords would fail in killing angels because it would be for selfish reasons
If this is true then one it would be fucking epic canon, second it would have blow away everyone both heaven and hell to realized sinners can be redeemed by doing something that is selfless as that would shatter Adam’s black and white perception on sinners and same for hell as some of them prefer to be selfish like Vox and Valentino as they don’t like do something that is selfless. Even more as it would mean if they want to survive from extermination to give up selfish ways such as protecting others leads up to demons make choice to either do something selfish or selfless. I can even seen why most demons ended up not surviving in extermination that some of them mostly focus on “every man for yourself” instead of protecting together.
I could see Carmilla and her daughters eventually becoming allies with Charlie, seeing it as the only way to give her daughters some hope of coming out of this mess alive and perhaps even in heaven safe. But ultimately sacrificing herself in the process.
@@TamWam_ Bruh, if that turns out to be the case, I don’t know how I’ll react. Vivzie said that a character would die this season, and I already suspect it could be Carmilla.
My headcannon for the dad is that he was innocent and didn't know Carmilla was a weapons dealer and when he found out she killed him so he went to heaven, explaining why Carmilla would be in hell and the dad no where to be seen.
@@ryuvereignnolife3980 that would explainwhy she's so protective over her daughters but imagine if she does end up in a trial and the dad is a witness.
her daughters look more like they're half sisters so who ever the fathers are is probably irrelevant to Carmilla they were likely just flings or one night stands or they just died soon after meeting her since she lived adjacent to a very dangerous life style so she just didn't get to know them enough to find out if they are in hell.
@@jakeschreiner9348they might be half sibling but keep in mind that actual siblings can also look very different from eachother. I have a sister and when we were younger we were more often assumed to just be friends because we look more different from eachother than that we look similar.
Any Historians want to give their insight into which war Carmilla was arms-dealing in? The baroque and flamenco music implies 1800s. What major wars did Spain fight during this period?
I agree. Considering she went head to head w an Exterminator just to protect her daughters and thus ended up being the first sinner that has ever murdered an Angel is quite poetic in its own way. Especially considering she literally sells holy weapons
I find it really interesting that Carmilla's design references professional ballerinas. I hope we continue to get to know her and the reasons for her design.
Here is what I think happened. The Angels/Exorcist have been treating this like a game for awhile. So much so that they are scoring based on body count. But up until now no one went after any of the overlords because this was a numbers game… until this last extermination. Some exorcist got cocky and invaded the home of Carmela with the full intention of killing (if not her then) her closest confidence. Only to be killed by the Mama Bear herself.
I don’t know if it’s this is exactly what will happen, but I could definitely see the exorcist cockiness being what did her in, no one they’ve known has ever died Great theory
When her kids showed up I could tell it really her kids from earth, because of her underground black market for weapons, her children would probably work with her on earth as well just as they both do in hell. But she does show that Hell familys like Moxxie and Millie or Camila and her kids can have wholesome relationships unlike Angels family
I think this just me but I think that Alistair knows where Lilith is at. Here my theory, Charlie stated that her mom has been gone for 7 years and no one knows where she at and Zestial stated that Alastair disappeared for 7 years. So I think that Alastair was sent by Lilith to protect or keep an eye on Charlie when she heard about her daughter hotel.
Nah that's pretty much confirmed at this point. Either it is confirmed or it is coincidental. And it ain't a coincidence. I think Lilith is prepping a war against the angels and or KNEW of the recent plans to double down on the exterminations, so she sent Alistor to keep Charlie safe, under the guise of him being randomly in it for the entertainment. Alistor is canonically an Antihero. There was a tweet where Viv started he was in fact not a villain. So there's that. So I think he is in cahoots with Lilith.
I love that through Carmilla, we get a clear look at a good person in Hell who didn’t need Charlie’s influence to get there. She’s an Overlord, but it’s clear her family and her daughters are more important to her than that power and status.
Im thinking that angel weapons arent what killed the exorcist. The exorcists are almost universally shown to be using spears -- something that would be difficult to decapitate with -- and the reworked angellic weapons like carmella's gun business not only *probably wouldnt decapitate* but are likely less powerful than the base spear because they are reworked and thus altered from heaven's "perfection". I think carmella ripped that exocists head off with her own hands, and the only reason she could do so is because it was a self-sacrificial act without any selfish motive. It was just her, as a mother, giving everything to protect her child. Perhaps its cliche, but its a trope for a reason.
I think your theory has some logical ground to it, as I was thinking something similar. Let me explain. It's been made very explicit that this is the first time EVER that a demon managed to kill an Exterminator - it's also shown pretty clearly with Adam and Lute that angels have a severe black-and-white view on Heaven and Hell. Perhaps when the Exterminators descend into Hell for the yearly exterminations, they have a protective magic on them which is supposed to render them impervious to demons fighting back, ensuring that demons can never kill them. EXCEPT, the specific rules of this protection charm are that it can only protect the Exterminator against attacks that are motivated by some form of selfishness including self-preservation - Carmilla endangering herself against the Exterminator to save her daughters was a loophole which the protection charm didn't account for, because the thought of a sinner demon in Hell committing self-sacrifice for the sake of another has been completely unthinkable to the Exterminators for so long.
I wonder what percentage of hell is the ‘in hell for doing a bad act for a good reason’ compared with the ‘in hell for being a bad person’. I also think it is likely that Charlie believes in her plan so much because she has disproportionately met the former category. Especially if as the pilot indicated lucifer is close enough to Carmilla to allow her to shelter with him.
Honestly I rather enjoy the idea that whilst carmilla is in hell for a mix of the two, she probably sold guns and things to feed her daughter but she also sold them to dictators and things knowing how dangerous they are and what their gonna do with them by her own self
Well, I would remind you that in HelluvaBoss we saw that a regular teenager was sent to hell despite him being the victim of a murder when the worst thing that he did in life was being dumb enough to get into a boat without knowing how to swim... I am pretty sure that Heaven's entry standards are so draconian that Hell it is the default afterlife for most of Earth's population, so a lot of the sinners there could be relatively decent people on Earth...
@@machacasaurius Adam did say its black or white, so it is likely that to get into heaven you must do no wrong ever, and by that logic the correct answer to any trolley problem is don't pull the lever because if you do you will be responsible for those peoples deaths even if you net saved more.
arms dealing is profoundly lucrative and not something you do just because you want to buy your kids a loaf of bread. Carmilla was powerful in her human life, and wealthy. @@theenderdestruction2362
I feel like Carmilla definitely killed the Angel, I think that the reason why her daughters are out collecting weapons and not with her is because they wait until the extermination is over to get weapons for their mom. And when Carmilla sings about the ones shes been killing for, she hugs her daughters, so im sure its hinting at how she killed for her daughters to keep them safe. She also sings "When that thing attacked" which literally implies that the angel tried to attack her or her kids.
If you take a close look at the carmillas' trading card, it looks like she about to strike the person looking at it with the blades she has as part of her shoes. The perspective makes it look like she's aiming for about neck level, which makes me think she did kill the angel
I’m still wondering if Carmilla, her daughters, and Zestial are Sinner Demons(born human, ended up in hell) or Hellborn Demons(born in hell like Charlie, Imps, etc.)?
I definitely agree that there is probably more to the story than Carmilla is letting on. That was such a tantalizing mystery that I doubt they’d expose the entire truth only 2 episodes later. She may have killed the angel, it may have been one of her daughters, it may have been Vaggie, or Alistor, or it might be Vaggie faking her death to be with Charlie (going off the theory that Vaggie was a former exorcist), and the reason why she didn’t speak up was because she didn’t actually know *HOW* exorcists could die because it didn’t actually die (quite a stretch, but one I keep revisiting). Whatever it is, Carmilla and her family is involved and she’s probably scared because this puts a target on her and her daughters’ backs, and I’m very excited to see this play out.
Yeah I would have to agree as well, because I'm curious of what kind of weapon that Camilla Carmine made that can killed an angel so easily. Also I just realized something about the angel's blood being gold, because gold blood of an angel can easily kill a royal and it's something about gold can be pure that those angels have. Also gold can be used for making golden bullets and it's simple to look for bullets that look pure gold, but they are made our of metal.
@@talesofgore9424 the thing is she never explicitly says it, only implies. so it may be clever writing where the whole audience believes she killed it, when in reality it means something else that we won't realise until later
i havent seen many people notice that the "whatever it takes:" duet really makes it seem like they are related in some way. idk, i saw a theory saying vaggie could be one of her daughters? but then again, vaggie being an exorcist is also a good theory, so i can't tell
I would love it if, it turned out the angel was stepping out of line. Like the angel didn't leave when the extermination was over but staying and kept killing. Then Camila needed to kill them because her daughters were out collecting weapons. That this angel was more in the wrong than Camila. But heaven still wanting to punish Camila for what is basically self- defense
We generally don't know if Carmilla is a Sinner or a Hellborn. If she is a sinner, then that would make sense why Vaggie and her did a duet if she is one of her daughters. If you look at her Hazbin card, it looks like she was kicking someone or something. If it was her then that is how she killed the exorcist.
there is only a set number of hellborn species, carmilla does not fit any of these nor do any hellborns occupy the overlord hierarchy since this tier is only for sinner demons, making it so that carmilla is in fact a sinner demon and not a hellborn
When I saw her shoes, I liked the ballet slipper design. But I also instantly thought of how bright & sharp they looked; What if Carmilla literally has angelic metal on her feet to use as blades?
I really love Carmilla as a character, she’s so interesting with the 1 episode and low information we have on her, she must’ve thought that getting someone else to protect her and her daughters wasn’t gonna cut it after they died and that’s why she stepped up and became such a prominent Overlord with a big reputation in hell as a weapons manufacturer.
This is close to what I had thought on the first watch. - I feel like a good backstory for Carmilla is that her daughters died as a result of being involved with her "family" cartel on Earth. She feels guilt because she never tried to break away from that life. Killed herself and then all three ended up om hell. - My headcanon so far: Carmilla quickly caught on that to keep her daughters safe hell, she needed to use her knowledge of weapon distribution to become an overlord. So she has no interest in actually killing anyone. She only does it to keep her kids safe.
If Carmilla did kill the angel in order to protect her daughters I think it will lean for Adam to be in the heaven court since this is something he should have immediately reported, that or he attacks someone he isn't suppose too. Also I have a crazy not going to happen theory that Carmilla and her daughters may be the first sinners to be redeemed and go to heaven since Carmilla was willing to do the impossible and kill an angel for the sake of saving a loved one.
I like this idea. Because there is theory about God being in seclusion, that's why the heaven had been going stray and the angel dead may cause God to finally make presence and put Adam on trial for not informing everyone and discovering why it was possible for an angel to die and even redeem Carmilla because it means that there is redeption even in hell.
I love the idea of the angel that was killed being in the wrong. With the basically having to see that The exorcist that become so corrupt that they are worse then some of the demons in hell
Niffty says, "sometimes, I kill mother bugs in front of their children as a warning to others!" that is definitely foreshadowing, especially if there is a trial in heaven about the death of the exorcist. it's like when moxxie says, "maybe a crappy dad, or a mob family", which we find out is foreshadowing
I love Carmilla's design in that she looks dainty with her ballet shoes but is fierce. I am guessing before she became a weapons dealer she might have been a ballerina or dancer but then the cartels moved in and so in order for her family to be able to eat she discovered that she had a talent for crafting or perhaps selling weapons on the black market . You have one of her daughters wearing a lab coat so she was probably in the R &d department while the other probably helped her mother move the weapons or showed them off to potential clients. Been watching way too many action movies where this happens! Just my thoughts.
On the topic of angelic metals it's my thinking that the new white highlights in Alastors suit and microphone are in fact angelic metal which has been woven into the suit and microphone. Due to his high ranking as an overlord and given the appearance of angelic metal in everything we've seen so far being white with a slight glow effect just like certain parts of Alastors redesign I reckon this theory's very plausible.
Wait why does Lucifer have to hide for the extermination? Not just them not attacking him but… he’s lucifer he could probably fight off hundreds of exterminators with ease
He probably just doesn't want to see consequences of his actions anymore Remember that he got depressed after being casted down into hell, only allowed to see all the atrocities caused by giving the fruit of knowdoledge to humanity
I just wanna say I noticed something about Carmilla's design while watching, she seems very symmetrical as a character in all things besides for her hair. The sides of her hair are animated to be inside of her hoop earrings, and a lot of the movement of her earrings accentuate that. But one side of her hair or "bangs" (?) is straight while the other side is a singular curl, both again being in the hoops. I think one side is meant to be the blonde daughter's straight hair while the other side represents the curly hair on the other daughter. I feel like the hair being caught in the loops as a way to represent her lassoing them in, since hair usually doesn't sit like that in earrings, and in Caramila's design, its constant. It may just align with your theory more that the girls were in the business and died at the same time as their mom. So it might be representative of her guilt and her own personal thoughts, or it could represent a "tight knit circle" for the family, her keeping them close to her through the business.
Weird thought, any one else feel like Carmilla was talking about a 3rd daughter she was protecting? "Vaggie" their designs are similar and I found it odd that their songs connected to each others... Just a theory
I can definitely see it being one of the daughters that killed the angel. the v's found the head, but if Carmilla had killed the angel she probably would either take the head to hide it, or properly dispose of it. But her daughter's are more likely to have panicked and run away leaving the head and body to be found by others
2:48 In that same episode in Helluva Boss, didn’t Moxxie basically went on a nerding spree in how blessed weapons revolutionized Hell’s combat abilities? If that’s so, then blessed weapons are new and solely introduced by Carmine herself and her daughters. Also, 4:55 She had blessing tipped ballet shoes for what it looks like.
I don’t see any one talking about how Vaggie is obviously one of Carmila’s daughters. They literally share a paralleled song and have a similar color scheme. Vaggie Carrie’s an angelic spear and seems pretty war hardened.
I feel like if vaggie was her daughter vaggie would have said something when her "sisters" literally walked through the door to give sir pentious his weapons
We don’t know what happened to her husband since the annual extermination began, but I think Camilla is doing her best to be a good mother to her daughters. Also, I’m pretty sure the husband got slaughtered.
If you consider the Helluva Boss episode with the Cherubs, you can infer that merely dealing weapons could prevent you from entering Heaven. Even accidentally killing someone prevented the Cherubs from returning from Heaven, despite their actions not directly hurting someone.
I feel like it's more a scenario of them just not caring, letting her daughters help in the business and that they weren't just trading in weapons, but actually just straight up gunsmiths as they do seem to have a pretty good idea on how to forge weapons from molted 'angel steel'? The idea that they're from Latin America aids in this (seriously, the cartels sometimes have entire weapon factories with multiple gunsmiths). Considering that some of the sinners have these 'ironic' forms (Angel as a spider for example) The blond-haired one is sort of dressed as some sort of ''evil scientist', which could indicate that she did more 'experimental' weapons. Something happened that sort of caused them all to die around the same time (bomb/rival cartel thing/police sting) and Carmilla blames herself for either letting it happen, or that she didn't shield her children from her 'job'.
Maybe she was a neglectful mother in life, focusing more on the business over her kids and eventually bringing them into it like Fritz Von Erik only to see her daughters eventually end up in the same place as her. It would explain her some parts of her personality. Especially the way her eyes changed during her song. The terror of permanently losing a child again. She’s correcting or over correcting her mistakes in life in death.
the dialoged suggests that the murder was an act of self-defense as the angel supposedly attacked them, assuming they were in a sort of safe place at the time since from what we know it seems one of the rules is that the angels can't enter the homes of hell to slay sinners
Let's say Carmilla does get locked up. Could she tell her daughters to go to Hazbin for protection. This would be one reason to bring the hotel in direct conflict with the angels.
i rememeber being so mad because they just told us who killed the angel so early in the season, i never thought that she could jsut be taking the blame. if she was taking the blame for her kids-- or even another overlord-- that would make so much more sense writing-wise!
Quote from "Lord of War." Never pick up a gun and join the customers. I respect Carmilla for what she isn't trying to do. Not sure I'm all that cool with her the wholesale and manufacture of weapons the can not only kill angels but also kills demons as well.
I'm thinking Carmilla got her daughters killed then later on died. Saying this cause 0:41 her appearance is very bat like to me & I remember hearing that Alastors deer qualities is because he was shot in the woods by a hunter when he was out there burying a body (don't know if he had a vague deer disguise on or not). If that's the case then perhaps she died from a disease that was passed via a bat such as Ebola, Rabies, etc.
I feel like once the extermination was over there was still an angel out there trying to get extra kills in and once it saw her daughter's collecting weapons try to attack them and Carmilla defended then
I hate to point out the obvious, but Heaven's Courtroom is probably a card because Charlie went there to try to get approval from the Angels to do their best to redeem a sinner and try to end the exterminations. If they didn't use it then I don't think it would have become a card, and having it be a setting early on gave viewers a better idea of how things differed in Heaven from Hell.
I really want to know the relationship between Carmilla Carmine and Zestial so that she can defend him from insulting Velvette. The theory is that she is her husband 😂
What is the reason that Carmilla is so protective of her daughters is that they're actually half-sinner (her) and half-hellborn demon (Zestial)? That their hybrid heritage makes them a rarity in Hell, with many who would use them for their own gain, which Carmilla is desperate to prevent.
Can you talk about theories on Razzle and Dazzle? Charlie's little body guards. In the official trading cards, you can see they have a new form, gigantic dragons!
But how's no one going to talk about how she died? I mean she has ballerina traits. Her attire, the way she walks on the tip of her toes , the way her shoes look and how she moves.
Carmella's footwear look like they're made of blessed metal and her trading card makes it look like she doing a powerful slashing attack with her bladed heels so that's probably how she decapitated the Exorcist. Probably defending either herself and or her daughters during E-day. Trouble is if Adam doesn't know which Sinner did it and probably doesn't want to tip off Lucifer( and or Lilith wherever she is) that this happened because it might motivate him and Hell to rise up and take action against Heaven. Resulting in a war both sides weren't ready for, so taking the matter to Heaven's Court might buy time for a better option to be found.
To be honest I guess that when she made weaponry back on earth and that part about her protecting her daughters when she made the weaponry people say when she died people say that she’s look like a swan because she is overprotective of her daughters
I wonder if Vaggie is related to Carmilla, they share a lot of similar physical traits. It also can't be a coincidence that their musical numbers overlapped in episode 3.
Random idea if the trial Point becomes true and Camila revealing she did what she had to protect her daughters some angels will question if this Trail is okay and try to assist Carmela (because let's be honest Adam would most likely rig it)
I have a theory: Velvett is carmilla's daughter, both are really similar, dark skin and red eyes, maybe she failed not only to her other daughter's and she disapointed Velvett in some way that she abandoned her and become an overlords by her own
I like to think that the angel saw one or both the daughters looking through the window of the room with the huge curtains. And Camilla ran in with a weapon when she heard the window shatter.
hear me out: Carmilla is a fallen angel it would explain the similar colours, horns and the reason she's able to forge angellic weapons! my theory as to how she got kicked out of Heaven is that she was stealing angellic weapons to sell them off, just like she does now
If it goes the route you suggested with Heaven’s Courthouse, I think Adam would go along with the idea that Carmella is to blame… and punish her by killing her daughters or even making her choose one to be spared.
Maybe It was Lilith! An Exorcist probably tried killing Carmella and her daughters, but Lilith saved them and made her not tell anyone what she’s been doing for their safety that’s my theory
Guys someone needs to make a theory about how both Alastor and Lilith disappear 7 years ago, idk if there’s any actual connection but I think it’s too coincidental (Edit: when Zestial and Alastor first interact in episode three, Zestial says rumor has it Alastor was felled by holy means, if that means anything)
I don’t understand why the person doesn’t just think it’s a Retcon a change from the pilot. Yes, she was hiding with the overlords in the pilot, but in the series she was not.
You should do a theory about the snake fella…Sir pentious has steam punk tech which is heavily associated with the industrial revolution in Britain…so the egg things could represent child labor workers who died in a work place accident with Sir pentious being the factory owner, which would explain why the eggs have a child like manner and why he has a sort of fatherly nature w the eggs yet he also treats them like their his employees….i dont think “sorry” is getting him to heaven dawg
I wonder if Carmilla is trying so hard to protect her daughters and she believes she is the cause of her daughters going to hell, wouldn’t it be a great idea for Carmilla to put her trust into the daughter of hell to try and make her daughters go to heaven? I think that will happen in later episodes, or probably not. Since her daughters love their mother and even work for her, I’m not entirely sure if the daughters want to go to heaven and leave their mother behind, even though the mother was maybe the cause of their death.
I just found out that her daughters are named Odette & Clara and I like to think they’re references to the Nutcracker and Swan Lake ballets bc of Carmilla’s ballet theme going on
I wonder if she's feeling like Mrs. Winchester ( husband was the founder/creator of the Winchester guns.) Alot of believe their family is cursed along with the grounds they lived on. Thoughts?
Is Angel Dust's sister Molly still cannon? I don't ever see anyone talk about her or look forward to her possibly appearing in the show. Her whole shtick at the time way back before the pilot was that she was in Heaven and would dote on Angel whenever they met, I'd imagine it might be like how someone visits a family member in prison, I'm sure they could have fun with that idea, but ever since I saw the Cherubs episode from Helluva Boss I'd imagine the concept of Angel Dust having family outside of Hell in Heaven would be much harder to implement (What I mean is them seeing each other/having an episode around her visiting/talking to him) since we saw the Cherubs get kicked out of Heaven, in my opinion, really easily with no chance of getting back in it seems.
On the hazbin hotel wiki, she was a blacksmith on earth and is now a fallen angel. Her shoes are forged with the angelic stuff, and there is a scene before the out for love song that shows her cutting the angels head off with her shoes.
Am I the only one who noticed that the designs of Velvet, Carmilla, Odetta and Clara are too similar in skin tones and LITERALLY IDENTICAL EYES? Maybe I'm crazy, but what if Velvet is one of Carmilla's daughters? This would explain such a toxic interaction with each other, given that sinners cannot have children, which means that Carmilla's daughters died either with their mother or in an extremely short period after her death. I think this topic is worthy of attention!
I have a theory about why angels haven’t been killed by hellborn and sinners up to this point. what if only an angel can kill an angel? even with angelic weapons maybe they are unable to kill an angel. If this is correct that would make Carmila an ex-angel. she could have been the first angel to dessert or be killed. This would explain why she is so good and making anelgic weapons and why she was able to kill the angel. It would also explain why she and Vagie look so similar without being related.
I think Alastor killed the exorcist. He seems like the only one physically powerful enough to actually do it. The other overlords have power in what they provide, but Alastor has literal power. Also he would probably find it entertaining.
Just because they look young, it doesn't mean they are. Angel Dust died in his 30's in 1947, but he looks like he is in 20's. Even Alastor who died in 1933 looks ge is meddle twenties.
@@fantasy-writing-v5z I know that. But they dont look like their supposed age (the age when they died and stuck with it) Look at Niffty, she looks like a kid, but is actually a 22 woman who died in 1950's.
Likely their arms dealing caught up with them and they were all slaughtered in their human lives by weapons they manufactured and sold when a conflict they were profiting from spun out of control. It happens.
Carmilla, girl I feel you. I would kill to protect, even I hate violence or malice. To be a protector or safe-keeper is a heavy burden, but lost by not taking it is worst. Notice how after hugging her daughters, Carmilla looked at her dear friend as a brother to protect also, to keep him also safe.
I’m interested in what her daughters were actually involved with on earth and if it was some sort of “karmic” reason for why they are in hell. If they did business with the cartel then there must be a difference between them and angel’s sister who wound up in heaven despite also being apart of the mafia. I don’t have a head cannon I’m just curious lol
Well can you blame her for not doing what she did a long time ago I mean she's a devoted mother who loves and cares about her daughters because she just wants the best life for them
I mean, even though I'm not a mother but I can tell. She really loves and cares about our daughters. And all she wants is for them to be happy and live a best life.Because if something happens to her then she don't know what she would do without them around
Kind of reminds me of the Fan Theory of Moxxie, before his father was introduced. The now proven incorrect fan theory, stated that Moxxie was adopted by Sinner. That explaned his personality, that he didn't act like a typical Imp. I like the discussion about Carmilla's, sorry spelling, daughters either being her bio daughters, or adopted.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Carmilla blames herself for her children’s untimely death and ending up in hell, which is why she feels so responsible for protecting them.
strong theory
She seems like a good mom so far just got into bad situations where she had to do what she needed. But also heaven kinda seems like a place where its the same as hell except its covered up by pretty shiny colors and cleanliness yet the angels have proven to be just as hostile and bloodthirsty even the churbs. there's a theory that the reason Carmilla was able to kill a angel isn't because she is powerful or has any special weapon, but because her killing was selfless, she did it to protect the ones she loves, and it would explain why this has never happen before as well as tie in with the shows themes of redemption
I can even seen why most demons ended up not surviving in extermination that some of them mostly focus on “every man for yourself” instead of protecting together.
oh my god i hope that is canon bc that’s so fitting and so awesome and beautiful
Great theory! I hope something akin to it becomes part of the story.
Such an act you're suggesting does seem legit. A "righteous" kill.... against the "righteous".
I could see Carmilla and her daughters eventually becoming allies with Charlie, seeing it as the only way to give her daughters some hope of coming out of this mess alive and perhaps even in heaven safe. But ultimately sacrificing herself in the process.
Yeah. Depending on how things go, I can absolutely see Carmilla allying with the Hotel.
That would be a fascinating development to have Carmilla's children at the Hotel and under Charlie's protection.
after all, Carmilla's death is foreshadowed because of what Niffty says before her 'trust fall'

Bruh, if that turns out to be the case, I don’t know how I’ll react. Vivzie said that a character would die this season, and I already suspect it could be Carmilla.

her daughters look more like they're half sisters so who ever the fathers are is probably irrelevant to Carmilla they were likely just flings or one night stands or they just died soon after meeting her since she lived adjacent to a very dangerous life style so she just didn't get to know them enough to find out if they are in hell.

And of she's a sinner she probably hated being a ballerina in her life. Cursed to always be on her toes

I don’t know if it’s this is exactly what will happen, but I could definitely see the exorcist cockiness being what did her in, no one they’ve known has ever died Great theory
seems possible to me
When her kids showed up I could tell it really her kids from earth, because of her underground black market for weapons, her children would probably work with her on earth as well just as they both do in hell.
Or Alistair is brewing the biggest con. He's a villain, maybe he killed Lilith and took her power somehow.
I assumed the seven years was an era of changing kind of like the Industrial Revolution or Great Awakening in countries like America and Britain
Alistair 😂😂😂
@@TimeMakerMan He already had power decades before he and Lillith disappeared, debunked.
EXCEPT, the specific rules of this protection charm are that it can only protect the Exterminator against attacks that are motivated by some form of selfishness including self-preservation - Carmilla endangering herself against the Exterminator to save her daughters was a loophole which the protection charm didn't account for, because the thought of a sinner demon in Hell committing self-sacrifice for the sake of another has been completely unthinkable to the Exterminators for so long.
well you were right and wrong

The perspective makes it look like she's aiming for about neck level, which makes me think she did kill the angel
good theory. I wonder if that means we will see that scene in the show at some point.
Damn u were right
I’m still wondering if Carmilla, her daughters, and Zestial are Sinner Demons(born human, ended up in hell) or Hellborn Demons(born in hell like Charlie, Imps, etc.)?
They're sinners.
I dont understand how
The video itself said Carmilla is overlord aka she is a sinner and not demon born
@@danielsurvivor1372
Not all Overlords are sinners.
Rosie is hellborn and Zestial is said to be ancient that even Alastor respects him.
I believe that Rosie is confirmed to be the only hell born overloard
Carmilla killed the angel. Re-visit "Whatever it Takes"
I've been guessing that Lucifer did it for her (for some reason) and that's why she's so tight lipped about it.
There's enough hints dropped that you can infer she was a sinner. likely lived her life during Baroque period Spain.
@talesofgore9424 if so. Most likely, she was a cartel.
Only Sinners can be overlords
Seeing her have guilt over her daughter’s being in hell could be an interesting attachment point to the hotel.
Niffty says, "sometimes, I kill mother bugs in front of their children as a warning to others!"
that is definitely foreshadowing, especially if there is a trial in heaven about the death of the exorcist. it's like when moxxie says, "maybe a crappy dad, or a mob family", which we find out is foreshadowing
You’d think if she didn’t want anyone knowing she would hide the body.
lugging around an angel body in hell not subtle at all, running away, and washing all evedince from them and hiding was the best plan
I will say it a million times, I love the way this man's brain thinks.
He probably just doesn't want to see consequences of his actions anymore
Remember that he got depressed after being casted down into hell, only allowed to see all the atrocities caused by giving the fruit of knowdoledge to humanity
he doesn't. He is the one strong enough to excuse charlie and lilith from the purge.
To be honest, imagine If he kills angels and the big boys finds out. "I gived you hell and you still rebel? That's it, I'm coming down there"
@@Johnny2gyro Probably right, although he might be able to cover it up

I can definitely see it being one of the daughters that killed the angel. the v's found the head, but if Carmilla had killed the angel she probably would either take the head to hide it, or properly dispose of it. But her daughter's are more likely to have panicked and run away leaving the head and body to be found by others

I don’t see any one talking about how Vaggie is obviously one of Carmila’s daughters. They literally share a paralleled song and have a similar color scheme. Vaggie Carrie’s an angelic spear and seems pretty war hardened.
It also goes into Vaggie’s weird military teaching style

Your theories always sound so spot on! Im willing to believe nearly everything you put out. It was all just make so much sense!

I dont know why it was a presumed default she was just a sinner instead of a hellborn. Velvette is a hellborn too.
What is the reason that Carmilla is so protective of her daughters is that they're actually half-sinner (her) and half-hellborn demon (Zestial)? That their hybrid heritage makes them a rarity in Hell, with many who would use them for their own gain, which Carmilla is desperate to prevent.
Maybe after the series of Hazbin Hotel, Vivienne Medrano will be like: Wow, we will be developing the concept for a web series about ZooPhobia.
OH. YES. I want it to happen, the comic was actually good in concept so i hope viv go back to it once she's done with Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss.
Can you talk about theories on Razzle and Dazzle? Charlie's little body guards. In the official trading cards, you can see they have a new form, gigantic dragons!
I can't wait to see those dragon forms!!!! they look beautiful.
Imagine if Carmila take up Charlie’s offer to have her daughter be rehabilitate in the hotel for them to go to heaven while she stays in hell.
But how's no one going to talk about how she died? I mean she has ballerina traits. Her attire, the way she walks on the tip of her toes , the way her shoes look and how she moves.
I know your comment is 4 weeks old.
There's a chance we'll know all she died in s2.
Carmilla is also the name of an old lesbian vampire movie I thought she was gonna be a reference to that lol
hear me out: Carmilla is a fallen angel
it would explain the similar colours, horns and the reason she's able to forge angellic weapons!
my theory as to how she got kicked out of Heaven is that she was stealing angellic weapons to sell them off, just like she does now
If it goes the route you suggested with Heaven’s Courthouse, I think Adam would go along with the idea that Carmella is to blame… and punish her by killing her daughters or even making her choose one to be spared.
Maybe It was Lilith! An Exorcist probably tried killing Carmella and her daughters, but Lilith saved them and made her not tell anyone what she’s been doing for their safety that’s my theory
I think Carmilla did kill the angel but she's extremely careful and still speaking about it in terms that gives her plausible deniability.
Totally! And i think that, maybe, she saw her daughters dying because off her, and then kill her self
The show is just really mysterious (mabe consedring it's only 4 episodes)
Guys someone needs to make a theory about how both Alastor and Lilith disappear 7 years ago, idk if there’s any actual connection but I think it’s too coincidental
(Edit: when Zestial and Alastor first interact in episode three, Zestial says rumor has it Alastor was felled by holy means, if that means anything)
I think she's from spain just for the guitar sound, i'm pretty sure that's a spaniard genre of music, but don't believe me, I might be wrong
Actually... Odette and Clara are hell borns from 18-20 years ago.
They could have been adopted. I'm sure there are a lot of kids in hell with no parents.
Tell me what you guys think if you see this cause idk
My headcanon of Carmilla is she died while pregnant and wheb she arrived in hell the babies were still alive and the girls were born in hell

I dont really think its possible since they would not be able to age up.
Im surprised nobody has seen the Ballet motif Carmilla and her daughters share to Swan Lake and more, also i she's my favorite overlord
Thoughts?
I like that Odette stayed pretty similar to her pilot design. And Clara looks really good too with her redesign
Ngl when her daughter on screen I just assumed she conceived them in hell and didn’t bat an eye
The song at the reunion implies it was her, and the song that she shared with Zestial and Vaggie straight up says it was her.
I think Alastor killed the exorcist. He seems like the only one physically powerful enough to actually do it. The other overlords have power in what they provide, but Alastor has literal power. Also he would probably find it entertaining.
So did Carmella and her daughters died at the same time or died at separate times??
They must’ve died together I mean they all seem to be the appropriate ages of a mother with adult children
Just because they look young, it doesn't mean they are.
Angel Dust died in his 30's in 1947, but he looks like he is in 20's.
Even Alastor who died in 1933 looks ge is meddle twenties.
@@terra4822 that’s because sinner demons don’t age, whatever age they died in they stay that age for all eternity
@@fantasy-writing-v5z
I know that. But they dont look like their supposed age (the age when they died and stuck with it)
Look at Niffty, she looks like a kid, but is actually a 22 woman who died in 1950's.
Likely their arms dealing caught up with them and they were all slaughtered in their human lives by weapons they manufactured and sold when a conflict they were profiting from spun out of control.
It happens.
I feel after the trial her daughters are going to end up at the hotel. They don't seem very evil
I don’t have a head cannon I’m just curious lol
im also wondering why Lilith has been absent for 7 years just like alastor has
Well can you blame her for not doing what she did a long time ago I mean she's a devoted mother who loves and cares about her daughters because she just wants the best life for them
I mean, even though I'm not a mother but I can tell. She really loves and cares about our daughters. And all she wants is for them to be happy and live a best life.Because if something happens to her then she don't know what she would do without them around
Im a guy
Btw congrats on reaching 700K Subscribers!
Carmilla’s respect towards Zestial is very high , wonder what that’s about
Kind of reminds me of the Fan Theory of Moxxie, before his father was introduced.
The now proven incorrect fan theory, stated that Moxxie was adopted by Sinner. That explaned his personality, that he didn't act like a typical Imp.
I like the discussion about Carmilla's, sorry spelling, daughters either being her bio daughters, or adopted.
