I'm in Canada and I just used this site and his discount yesterday to get a fitted white dress shirt for a couple weddings this summer. Update! Got the shirt today. I feel like James Bond the shirt fits so well. It also looks and feels better than my other shirts. I didn't even want to hang it in the same closet. I am never going to buy a dress shirt from a store again. I'm going to try a suit from them next. I'm guessing I will never buy a suit off the rack again either.

I totally agree with your commentary in reference to wearing a black dress shirt. I wear black as my fashion canvas as I have jet black hair. I then layer coloured accessories and/or black accessories over that. I do get many compliments on my styles of dress in this manner

I've order many shirts from Taylor Store...half the price of my local tailor and customer service is great. I ordered 2 shirts that didn't fit right and they replaced them with adjusted shirts that fit perfectly for FREE.
So lately Alpha's videos are nothing but commercials.
Um... he's always done this? He gives us tips. And he gives us reviews of good products so we can use those tips. It's not as big a deal as a lot of people seem to be making it out to be.
Still, lately it has gotten out of hand. This channel used to be so much more than as seen on TV type show. Im glad alpha has grown immensely, but I still expect him to give us real advice instead of what he's being paid to say. And most products he endorses are pretty decent but way to expensive and often gimmicky.
At least when most channels blow up and become commercial they totally deviate from their OG formula. He still stays true to what made his channel successful and offers great advice, he's just trying to make extra money. Can't fault him.

Hey when is a new episode of the Alpha M project coming?
Finally managed to watch his episode of Shark Tank. I'm sitting here grinning ear to ear whilst he delivers his speech. I'M SO PROUD!
Last year at school, I wore baggy sweaters, loose jeans, beat-up sneakers, my hair was frizzy and unkempt (they used to call me “Afro-dite”), my teeth were yellowish, my face was covered in acne, and I was nearly the stage of skinny fat.
Needless to say, I was made fun of quite a bit. They called me “railroad tracks” (because of the braces), “pizza face” (acne, obviously), and told me I pretty much wore the same thing everyday.
I realized I could be doing way better than I was. So I started watching a couple videos and taking a couple notes.
I started getting my hair trimmed and I began shaving regularly. I started going to the gym. I used to way 135 skinny fat. Now I weigh 150 in muscle. My clothes are fitted to my body type (and I have my wonderful grandmother to thank for that, who is a very talented tailor who I love). I started wearing belts and found jeans that fit my lower pants. My beat-up sneaks were replaced with slick new Converse. I started wearing a watch, using hair product, washing my face with an assortment of acne medication.
(I get teased about my “poshness.” Kids always tell me that I should wear a large shirt size and stop buying “children’s clothing because it’s too small on me.” I honestly don’t care. I give them a witty rebuttal and go on my way. My style, the fittedness, everything - it makes me feel confident and fashionable. That’s all that matters. Besides, you’re never too young to look like a gentleman. 😉)
I’ve even recently starting turning from a painfully awkward person into a extrovert. I’m very happy with my progress, and I’ve gotta thank this channel wholeheartedly.

I loved this video, like so many. You have a very positive energetic vibe to you that works very energizing.
I have a question I hope you can address, or anyone else for that matter.
I'd love to attain some well-fitted, damn sexy, tailored shirts like in this video, but I'm always held back by 1 concern. I have a skin that is pretty sensitive to UV radiation and skin cancer is running in the family. Therefore I would prefer to invest in a (or multiple) shirts that give me UPF rated protection against both UVA and UVB radiation. Do you know any company similar to Tailer Store, but giving options for UPF rated fabrics?
I've been looking at (of the rack, though mainly online) sun-protective clothing for a long time now, but often feel the fits and styles available leave lots to be desired. Yet the prices are sometimes those of tailored shirts. So it got me thinking; is there a possibility to combine those two worlds?

Hey Alpha could you discuss the washing techniques of the shrinkable clothes (usually cotton)? How do you wash your dress shirts (and others) without having ANY sign of shrinkage. Cold vs warm vs hot wash? Detergents and fabric softeners? Drying cycles?

Customer support from Tailor Store is an absolute disaster. Avoid like the plague! I have waited days with no response from them after receiving my first shirt.
A measurement they don't ask for to make a shirt on their site is the bicep area. Even after sending them this measurement specifically I received what can only be described as a CLOWN shirt after almost a month of waiting! They use their own guesstimate to make the shirt despite having measurements to go off
See /h3wqmi5B40E for a review by a Dutch guy where the same balloon sleeves can be seen.
Other issues with the shirt:
1) They added material to the shoulder area which is a poor fit.
2) The lower forearm area is more ridiculous than the bicep area. You would think they would base it off the wrist measurement they ask for but they do not
As far as the overall shirt goes:
1) The construction is good, no issues with quality from what I can tell
2) Nailed the collar measurement
3) Nailed the chest measurement(also seems to be ok in the Dutch review above)
Do not expect them to even get as close as providing the same measurements to your local department store. Off the peg shirts look much better than the shirt I received with just collar and sleeve measurement given to a local store

2. Buy a breathable Material.
3. Buy light colors
4. Wear an Undershirt maybe.
I know alpha gets paid for these promotions and stuff, which is fair enough. But does he genuinely believe in the products he's promoting? For example are these genuinely high quality shirts in his opinion?
Its a really good point. I'd like to believe Alpha especially after his ST episode. He didnt make the deal because he didnt want to endorse products he didnt think were genuinely good. SO, i just bought one of these shirts and am hoping its "Alpha Approved"! Cheers!

I've tried the shirt/suit from modern tailor and was very disappointed. However, when I tried ordering shirts from Tailor Store, they fit perfect and look good. Tailor Store is my go to store for dress shirt from now on. Very satisfied with the fit/quality of the shirts from Tailor Store.

I ordered 2 shirts (mini-checkered red-white and one plain white) and a polo shirt (bordeaux), all of them with the pearl buttons and initials engraved. Will arrive around the 8th of July, so let's hope it all fits well!
UPDATE: order arrived. Fit is perfect, quality seems good! Watch out for the colors you pick though. The polo I expected to arrive in Bordeaux turned out more like cherry-pink. The shirts are fine though.

Yo Alpha, love your videos man!!!! Long time fan for a few years now and i know you really work hard on your videos and the structure and let me tell you it pays off. Even the way you structure your ads not only is it smart and fits in with the video it can even be pleasant and doesn’t feel like someone just plugging in advertisements.
I do have a question for you though! When wearing something like a jean jacket or jacket in general, is it acceptable to have a shirt that is longer than the jacket and sticks out? If so what would you say is the limit to what is acceptable. I feel like even when your shirts and jackets are fitted, sometimes jackets can be a little shorter than shirts. Been following your channel for a while now - just wanna say great job and keep on doing what you're doing. On a different note, I was interested in the link in the description to the website because I am a irregular fit when it comes to traditional shirt/blazer/suit sizes. So the idea of making a shirt to my liking is something that appeals to me A LOT and I would definitely use a service like that. However, when I went to the customization part of the site i had a few issues: it took forever to load, sometimes menus would disappear before I could select anything, constant refreshes of the pages prompting me to start again from scratch/pick up from where i left or (my personal favourite) the error crash. And don't get me wrong, they have an amazing customization/co-creation builder which is incredibly detailed and easy to follow. On the other hand, the execution sux. I am a UX/UI developer myself so I understand that because i'm with a non-US IP (currently in Denmark) that could cause the website to be heavy and loading time could be slower than usual. The reason behind this NOVEL of a comment is merely feedback that you could take back to Taylor Store because (regrettably for my poor wallet) their service is one I would use frequently. :) Have a great week and all the best from me!
