I don’t think the texture was right so at some point I want to try again. But it will probably be in the new year. I have never actually had macaroons before and not sure what they are supposed to taste like. I just ordered some from a bakery to have on Christmas Eve so we will see. Mine were crazy sweet. Like a to the extreme sweet sugar cookie that melts in your mouth. And they were less cookie and more chewy and hollow.
The chocolate balls look really good.

I have a big tripod that stands on the floor but I bought a suction cup one for my cabinets for a downward view of what I’m cooking or making. The floor stand one gets in the way and I always have to move it around for certain angles.
