Of course bamboo. In fact you will find many small firms selling bamboo toothbrushes with bamboo bristles. Even colgate has started selling bamboo brushes

@@RUPEETRADER as far as I know the firms coat the bristles with a kind of synthetic enamel to make their surface tough and also to protect the bristles from moisture
