Great vids. No bullshit, stupid music- just GREAT comms. I like them almost as much as the planes.
Thanks rcvideoshooter, I am big time onto my radio comms, so its great when other people enjoy what I do. It takes quite a long time to sync the comms but its worth it. Most of my video's have the comms so please keep checking my channel and enjoy
rcvideoshooter How do you get the radio comms?
Buy a radio scanner
I used to live up there, near Porthmadog, it's astonishing how quickly you get used to these things flying overhead.
You could always pick out tourists and locals during a fly over. Locals would simply pause their conversation then continue once the noise died down. Tourists would either try to shout over it or would be craning their necks trying to spot the aircraft.
As an air cadet i loved planes, and some of the aircraft we saw around there were incredible. Harriers performing VTOl maneuvers, chinooks and the massive Hercules were probably my favourites.
I miss living there.
I want to go , but i am worried about going deaf. I have heard eurofighters go over my head at maybe 3 to 4 thousand feet, and a apache really low would i need any earplugs to sit on the loop or is it not that bad
6:10 awesome swept Tornado , WOW ! Nothing seems as fast going through the Mach loop . Wales UK.
The Tornado is just such an awesome looking aircraft.
I cannot get over my Eurofighter obsession , there'se no such plane SO FREAKIN COOL as this on air , perfect beautiful machine
That typhoon is gob smacking. Spooky sound to it. Great job mate.
+fastasfox thanks for the comments
+Nuke Of Ace We get them over Lincolnshire and even though I drive a noisy truck I can still hear them coming a mile off.
nah tornado all the way ;)
BPJ John you mean the howl it makes....is the tornado still in service?
its getting on a bit but it should be around till 2025, the typhoon is a great aerobatic technological marvel but it doesn't quite have that roar that the tornado used to have ;)
Just amazing. I would so much love to go here one day. Fantastic views and backdrop. Great filming and radio comms.
Very imprssive. The Hawks, Eurofighters and also the Tornados at their best. Thanks for sharing :)
Best sounds in the world! I do miss the USAF. I loved the lone F-15 @3:13. That's what flies out of the Air National Guard base here in Portland, so it's a favorite of mine.
That almost ghostly moan sound from the typhoon , wow. Imagined if you were wee "taliban terry" hearing that knowing it was coming for you . You'd be froze with fear. Though for me, the sound of sounds when it comes to watching RAF air shows etc is the tornado when they "open the taps" . Love it!
Saw a bunch of jets when walking around this area on my Duke of Edinburgh expedition last year. Kept us all motivated!
Good overlay of random radio intercepts on the video. Excellently done. In spite of the flash and dash of Typhoons (hot!), Tornados ROCK!!
Thanks v much. These mach loop videos have to be one of my favorite types of jet watching vids. thanks again
Thanks Michael, you might have seen my other low fly vids but this is the link to my playlist ua-cam.com/play/PLlSSNc534OAZhpdfATiDoUgR6bNFJnNd5.html
1:56 Showoff! LOL That was awesome, the Typhoons sound great.
Actually, he chickened out.
The training challenge is low level flight in the hills.
Great video! I will never forget being on the opposite side and hearing a shout of 'typhoon', and I could not spot it what-so-ever, I could hear it but I couldn't see it. The weather was beautiful, very sunny. At the last second I spotted a 'phoon shaped shadow go across the road below and it was headed for us straight on, pulled up overhead on full after burner (reheat?)... it was amazing
Its nice to see the big boys out, but you have to love the peculiar howl of those little Hawks! And what better to see a C130 thrown around the sky like a fighter?
What a shot, starting from 1:25, the sound and the pilot... Amazing! Well done!
Fantastic Video :) Thumb Up
Beautiful planes.
wow that is cool seeing the big 130s get down and tight through there
What a trill it must be to see this live! Addictive video. Thumbs up!
I'm a simple man. I see a Tornado, I click
That's one hell of a U-turn he/she pulls in the Typhoon at 1:42 (I could feel the blood draining from my head to my feet just watching it!).
I really LOVE this sound...jets low passing.
0:32 - Wings swept back, shadow feet off the ground. Sweet.
Love watching these
Looking forward to going to the loop
Thank you so much for these videos!
How would i go about seeing this?
I wish I was there because I love aircraft
The Hawks are just amazing ! The others should be, but the Hawk is an old jet that is still outstanding !
Many thanks for the reply Stu. Very much appreciated. Fingers crossed I get some videos. If I do, I'll post them up for you.
Thanks again
Great use of the radio chatter- thank you for not including a soundtrack heavily laden with heavy metal tracks etc. I hope that those compilation'ers take note of what you've done ... Let the jet engines be the music and the radio comms act like a backing group 👍😀🍺
Thanks Arrow Wolf
Great vid. I absolutely love planes. One quick question though: Does this happen all the time? Or does it only happen during a certain week or month? I'd love to see this in person.
Hi Grant L, yes it happens most weeks Monday to Friday.
Excellent video, good to hear it as it is without a stupid music backing track. Coms are brill, I know how much hard work has gone into this video, Well done and Thanks
Thanks Graham, PS I like your profile picture, I am a huge Cycling Fan as well, Looking for to next weeks tour of Andalusia

I just love these machines.
Superb ! Really great footage. I'm gonna have to take my son to to that spot.
Thanks David, It does take a lot of patience sometimes, for example that videos took 44hrs of waiting over 4 days to get, but that was a quiet week. You just never know what or when you are going to get any flying but for me that's all part of the excitement because when you do get something flying at you at 500mph it's just amazing.
Keep enjoying the Videos and many Thanks
Stu
Thanx, real!Karita.
A sweept-winged Tornado is the coolest thing ever🤛
The tornado is a beast of a fighter!
Awesome footage! Specially of the Tornado's GR4. When is the best time to visit the Mach Loop?
Ha ha, so Easyjet buzzez there too ayy Mark ! Not long ago, an Airbus A319 nearly come to grief with the Vulcan ! Close call . That one never made the news 👍
Hi, new subscriber here. Awesome videos of the Mach Loop. The aircraft radio, is that an app you use equivalent to liveatc etc or is that a handheld device/radio receiver? Yes i am a noob 😊
I’ve been to Star Wars Canyon in California. Awesome. Maybe some day to Mach Loop.
Them puppies is movin yo!
I would love to live there
Great vid. Camped at Shell Island & was goin to come here but mate did his back in & couldn't walk. Gutted!!
RAF Tornado❤❤
Low Flying Action From The Mountains Of Wales
The Euro fighter has a low `howl` as it approaches, . I wonder if any of the engineers /designers, worked on the vulcan at some point...
mortgagewizard40 nah, they were Hunter fans and trying to get a different stealthier blue note...
Hoping to get up there soon what scanner do you use and how do I find out what the call signs are ie Reptile
Would love to see the Fulcrum and the Super Flanker in the loop!
Good job jai hind
Loving the puma driver at 01:00 taking the Mach loop. He so wishes he was a jet jockey.
Outstanding videowork, don't know how you do it.
Outstanding footage! Great job.
Aviation Airshows Thanks
thanks for posting these great videos !!
Cool vid, Worth the wait.
I live near an AFB. Langley AFB Hampton VA. When they flew F-15s, the F-15s would shake my house. Now the USAF flies F-22s and the F-22s seam like they're actually in my house. It's always loud. Sometimes it's spooky and occasionally its down right scary.
I'm very use to the sound of jet noise. I wonder how the people living in the loop feel.
Khobordar hosiar rab version male orpito oporadh mene nite badho apnara for whole rab
The typhoon is bad a$$ but that Eagle is the daddy....
Didn’t check how old this video was until the Tonka went through.
Very cool video!! I haven't heard many of those planes first hand yet, but is the Typhoon really that "quiet"... sounded like it "crept" up on us/yall in relationship to the previous passes with different planes... I'm sure all are loud after sound hits ya, but very cool if the Typhoon is "dampened" somehow... Looked like a bunch of fun!! Rock on yall!!
Is there activity every day? What is the radio frequency? What is the exact location where you shot this beautiful footage, I'd love to go there myself.
Hi Leo, they fly Monday to Friday but no fixed times you need lots of patience, this video took over 44hrs of waiting. I can't give the radio freqs but a quick google for Low Fly freqs should give you the answer. The location is Cad East, this link will help machloop.co.uk/.
Eagle1 to Eagle's nest : we have spotted around 14 hostile sheep moving westwards from a hill coordinates $#! #@!# request permission to fire over.
Eagle's nest : negative... do not fire.. i repeat.. do not fire... friendlies.. there are RSSF in the area i repeat ... there are Royal Special Sheep Forces in the area conducting training over.
Pefect!
+Tony Rath I don't seem to get the joke...
I think the US Naval Air Force can attest to that when the Air Force was suppose to give air cover over Hanoi and were never there. Our flyers went on bombing runs with everyone shooting at them on the ground and in the air. When the Air Force went on bombing runs they sometimes dropped their bombs in the river. They probably killed more fish than anyone. I'm sure times are different now, but our squadron flew sorties around the clock for as long as 59 days. Who are we? The USS Saratoga which flew more sorties, dropped more bombs, and hit more targets than any carrier that ever floated on the seas. I lost my skipper, the XO, a division officer, and my department head. VA 75 Sunday Punchers signing out!
+Tony Rath Never knew the USAF has a supposed track record of "friendly fire", must be a brit thing.
+Tony Rath You mean like this? www.spiked-online.com/newsite/article/3774#.WRlOBIwrIuU
Hi, thanx for info. I live opposite Southend Airport, so am used to EayJet buzzing my house, but this is jus awesome !
So your on Sheppey then lol
Those sheep were liberated from ISIS brothels. They deserve our respect and understanding.
They also voted to stay in the E.U - but the traitors lost.
Hey
Very good

Amazing video! Thanks for sharing it!
I WANT TO DO THIS AS A JOB!! So epic

Neautiful run
Sound of Power
What frequencie did you have to listen to the comms.Would like to know for my visit in 2015!
it is a nice area for the british pilots for practcing mountain low flyin, allmost ready for the the Alps.
The hawk was tearing along , the typhoon look sexy as hell, but I still got a soft spot for the tornado.
Trae para acá argentina camarada 🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
What frequencies are you listening in on whilst they go through the loop from the start to the finish of it can you Pm the frequencies that are cover all of the loop please MR AIRSHOW WORLD
At 2:58, that C-130 was like, _"YEAH! LOOK AT MEEEE, BITCHES!!! :-D"_
I've always wondered what the ranchers think of all the noise. Awesome video with just the sounds of the aircraft and radios. I'd rather hear than than watch the stupid musicals others put on here
I am one and I live in the area of the AWACS home and honestly would like to see them go elsewhere.
I believe it. Do your animals suffer reproductively?
Cracking...and exciting to watch..Always love to see that BIG Fin, that's the Tornado's trademark...thanks for sharing
Un gran vídeo. Felicidades
Tonka: nickname for Panavia Tornado.
Great video! Keep it up.
Love the typhoon sharp pitch up and climb out, what frequencies were giving the most hits please ?
Man, those things are fast
No wonder no one uses sailboats anymore
1:30 that angle looks so good
the "black birds" looks faster than the tornado :)
The flying tank C-130 is holding her own
Great video
Great vid man!
I would like the names of the aircraft posted in the video. I'm not as up to date on what I'm looking at, but man I love it. Makes me appreciate the pilots so much more. Watching them speed by. Kudos to all military pilots.
michael mullins RAF typhoon, RAF tornado, RAF hawk, USAF F15. They are the 4 fast jets.
Footage fantastico, love to be sit in a T2 bird on this.
Nice video indeed
interesting that the jet engines look so small on the jet yet they are huge.
Amazing !!!!!
great vid thanks
My Father in Law used to do that, his name is John O'Neill AKA "Flash"
