Sketching in Ibispaint X! |Random Genshin Characters

I wanted to sketch some more so why not do so in Ibispaint X! I m only using the colored pencil as usual so lets just sketch! I used the random number generator and my list of Genshin characters to determine who I am drawing today! Unfortunately the random generator was being kind of weird!

Hi!!! I've stopped drawing recently because I never felt satisfied about anything that I draw (been like that since last year, I guess) but then I saw this vid!!
When you said "...these sketches are only for myself," I felt so dumb having spent the past year questioning why I never liked my drawings. I've always looked at the canvas thinking that I needed to draw something great, something people would be amazed with so I was never happy when I draw. I'm interested in trying out what you're doing, thank you very much for enlightening me (unintentionally, lol)! I like your drawings

You are amazing for noticing this. I also went through the same thing and ended up in this video, I acquired more expectations about my horizons. Sometimes it is even fear that pressure causes, as it is always an enemy of our progress.

i‘ve drawn a lot and got very better! i don‘t quite know why i was as hard i on myself as i was, but drawing a lot in the same program has really shown some improvement (i‘ve not posted them) and i believe in letting myself grow and become a better artist

She has a reference up on game archive on her phone and she cuts out a lot of footage so that’s why it seems to go really fast

Hi Rin, your art looks so cute! I remember one of your first videos drawing/painting with Zhongli, you commented something along the lines of you drawing him a little too young for his fossil age. The improvement since then is just wow! Just a random thought I had, keep up the good work

Hey Rin, how's the paperlike screen protector? Does it wear out the pen tip quickly? I got my paperlike protectors a long time ago but have been hesitating to change a good glass screen on them because I heard people talking a lot about the pen tips getting worn out. So would love to hear about it from you🥺
I got the paper like screen protector and it’s been fine just in case I bought 3 pen tips which were only 15 dollars but I haven’t had to use them yet

I think the pen being worn down on a matte screen protector is inevitable but the amount and rate of wear will depend on the individual! If you do end up using it, highly suggest taking a look at the pressure curve on your drawing program to help alleviate some of that unnecessary need to press as hard! (Just for reference, i got my apple pencil and paperlike in Jan of 2020 and i have not replaced either of them! But the wear is visible!)

How to make colour palette:you click on the one of the colours at the top of your screen when you click on the colours.Then you keep doing that until you end up with a bunch of pretty Color’s altogether.

I actually use my hand to draw digitally and i really wanted to have a ipen but i knew it might just be a waste of money since we dont really have much money plus im not old enough-- but i still like how you draw :)) you are a very good artist and maybe if i draw i shouldnt pressure too much about thinking how it would look after finished cause sometimes if it looks bad, i instantly delete it lol.- but this really is inspiring for other people who want to improve their digital drawings !!
