- I'm excited to bring you our brand new Beginner ASL Course. Thanks for funding from UA-cam I've been able to make this beginner ASL course with my friend Regent. Regent was born Deaf and has been an ASL teacher for more than 25 years. I was so happy he wanted to work on this project with me. This course will consist of ten lessons that have three videos each. The first video teaches you vocabulary, the second video teaches you sentences and the third video is a quiz that tests your knowledge of the lesson. We hope by the end of this course you will have a basic understanding of ASL and will be confident to continue your studies at your local College or Hearing Society.

I have a brain lesion and had to relearn to walk, talk, write and now I'm working on relearning to swallow to get rid of this darn feeding tube. I've recently heard that learning a second language helps recovery significantly so I'm wondering if sign language would be the same. I don't see why not! Thank you so much for this! 🙏💜
Is you dont mind me asking, is the lesion related to MS?

I wanna learn ASL (for fun) but my school doesn't offer it and I don't think online courses would do it for me. I really wish more schools offered it.

I wish you would subtitle the teacher. I catch a few words, but would love to try to follow along with what he says. Even the questions he goes through. Otherwise, these are great videos. I learned a more formal version, so I like seeing the signs people actually use.
I'm glad you like the videos. I wish the subtitles were automatically turned on but for some reason you have to turn them on in the settings. Just go to the gear icon in the video (bottom right hand) and select captions 'on'. I hope that helps!

I know that the Messiah will help them, when we pray in His Name, standing in forgiveness. Amen. I was a witness to the Creator giving a dog a new eyeball, and that is a creative miracle, where the matter was not there before prayer. So know that our Master, Hayah asher Hayah is bigger than any affliction and He is Righteous. Hs Son came to rescue us from affliction (of demons). Praise Yah. Before I leave, let me tell you, the real Name of the Creator is Hayah asher Hayah (Exodus 3:13-14) and all mankind is supposed to do the 7 appointed times, not just the Yahudym/Jews. Leviticus 23 tells us how, but no more animal sacrifices, following the Resurrcection of Christ, as we are not of the order of MLK TSDQ (Righteous King).
