@Pavel : Vajrasattva visualization recitation practice, a form of meditation. The full detailed practice could be referred to Longchenpa’s Ngongdro recitation scripture. Kunde Rinpoche prepared this video for common lay practitioners to facilitate teaching purposes. The full detailed of the practice could be read from the book composed by Kyabje Kunde Rinpoche “A Garland of Flowers: Questions and Answers on the Highly Secret Clear Light Great Perfection” , both in Tibetan(2012), and Eng translated by Geshe Lakhdor and Dr.Chok Tenzin (2011), pp. 37-42.
