In all the tours I’ve done thus far, there’s only a couple of agents who I see could successfully pull off a property tour at an empty home. I’ll check details with Marussia wrt above address. Stunning extended bar area though (my personal fave!), as well as gorgeous views from all over the place! Keep an eye on that notification alert as I have some STUNNERS coming up! (ie R80mil one)

Very Nice house. but I wouldn’t pay 21 mil for that . I would pay 13-15 mil max . There’s are houses similar to this in sqm in coastal areas, eco estates with beautiful sea views from 12 - 15 mil . It is slightly overpriced imo .
I’ll be really honest and frank, this house is like a Toyota Corolla, yes the land is massive but there is no class or style here. It lacks imagination. Concept is good but this not worth this much there are better houses in Waterfall, better priced and this house is supposed to be contemporary. It is plain dull it’s a pity a lot of money has been spent in this project but it’s not worth it period.

At least say it’s a Lexus (which is pretty much the “same but different”) 🤣 You made some valid points - for that price, they could have had the interior more ‘juiced up’ + being in Blue Hills Equestrian Estate location definitely adds quite some $$$ to the overall price.
