Its 5.00am I have been awake these last 2 hours talking myself through my situations trying to find a way out. I switched on youtube and there you were. You have given me the tools to go forwards. I am deeply grateful to you....thank you.
Letting go of my preconceived expectations I am able to enjoy each moment. When my ego peeks in and tries to block my light I just say to myself " not today back to center" its doesnt always work but the more I practice the better it gets.

Thank you 😊 for the video I want to bring up as well that it’s just how amazing that Islam as a religion basically teaches us about leaving our complete faith in the hands of our creator. In life we believe that there is always a good side to whatever happens to us and live in this world. If we seek something in life we are only responsible for our actions so we need to make effort and then we are not responsible for the results but then we can leave everything in the hands of our creator so with our firm faith and belief in Allah we can never be disappointed when we have the result because we believe that Allah is lot is the most knowledgeable and most wiser and he will give us the best we deserve. When we do so in case something happens against our will or desire we just let it go and continue to have faith that Allah has a better plan or he will reward us in paradise 😊

Iam into years of spirituality, but still very disturbed today about something.I came across this video and even b4 finishing it, I was out of my down the pit feel Its luke I did know what u had spoken on the video, but I guess u r not just talking theory, u r practicing in ur life I guess. Ie why ur vibes could uplift my feelings immediately😊 good luck on your great journey

Oh, so, resistance IS futile. I've always wondered! Oh my gosh I have to listen to this, about 6 times in a row, every day. Probably twice a day. At least. Im starting to understand it. Thank you. I think this might be all I need.

Can you also be conscious as in awake and still feel depressed? I've experienced a profound moment within a meditation a few years ago where all seemed to fall into one. It's very hard to explain except that I understood within that moment what non-dualism meant. I was on a high for at least 2 months, and that door of experience never closed, yet the ego slowly started questioning and I guess identifying again... if only I could make myself feel better. Any advice for I really don't know what to do anymore? Thank you for your videos
I have a video on depression on my page somewhere hope it helps you 🙏🏼 My advice is always to deal with the reality of the present moment and try not to use words like depression, which are heavily charged with stories. Just say I am low in energy, need rest, and be kind to yourself 🙏🏼
Christians think they are sinners and have to suffer so do all these abrahamics, hindi's say you just need to show up and your life's goal is happiness. What's wrong with this picture? How about we actually address this world wide "suffering" once and for all and do something about it?
that's just an assumption though. i am also being told to look within for this evil that apparantly i have manifested from within. Well i have looked long and hard and deeply i have not got that sort of evil in there so where does it come from and do you honestly believe the people who do these atrocities ever look WITHIN? All this is designed to lead us up some garden path of not DOING and wishful thinking. @@Luketherapy
