Fun fact: the BTK killer was only caught because he asked the police if they would be able to trace a floppy disc. The police lied and said no. Then he sent them the floppy disc and they traced it back to him. He had gotten away with several murders for over a decade until then.

Now here's a fun fact: BTK's confession is entirely on UA-cam and you can hear him discuss his crimes in grim detail; now that's some fun.
I'm pretty sure he sent it over knowing that he'd be caught. Seemed like the type of guy to get a kick from watching people react to him. Also I really doubt people are actually stupid enough to believe cops can turn off their bodycams but they can't lie
@@wyn9693 He actually didn't. He genuinely thought they'd uphold some code of honor. When police interviewed him, he asked, "Why did you lie to me!?" He was flabbergasted that they would actually do the work to catch him.

I think they're too hard on Ally; a bunch of those laughs were just Ally acting like a real news reporter would. Either that, or Ally needs to commit to the rules of the game.

I think because it's an older episode and we're used to newer episodes. In the older episodes they were still trying to find their footing so its not the best writing the show can offer.

I never understood the appeal of this series. these are professional comedians who say funny things all the time, why is a show of them doing so and breaking character one of their most popular shows?
Because when a comedian breaks character and laughs at something they're saying it is incredibly funny. I hope that helps. I hate explaining jokes to people but you know if you've got autism you might need it
There's an American TV show called "Saturday Night Live" that is essentially an improv comedy show that usually stars famous comedians and celebrities. Most of their most popular clips are when the comedians break character and laugh during the skit. It's fun to see that they find the material so funny that they can't help but laugh at it (or themselves) as well. Hope that helps give you some perspective!

College humor died a long time ago, and that was because of their own fault. You got to learn that things change my guy and you can’t expect it all to be the same.
I’m happy for dropout and Sam because, at least now the creatives are in full control of the content that they create and don’t have to necessarily abide by what business men in the office want them to create

Can't believe Sam bought College Humor only to completely delete it from existence in exchange for their shitty paid streaming service. Why even bother with these low effort, once a month videos anymore? This channel just exists to advertise for the streaming service. RIP College Humor.
I'm enjoying the paid subscription, but you are right that the free stuff isn't all that great. Though I don't think they are currently doing a lot of paid stuff that lends itself to be shown here on YT; No sketches or other short formats.
Sigh...This "rebrand," aka filling every role with a woman (which you can't deny the drastic change in cast) makes this channel exponentially less funny.
