I also think the figures are wrong, Portugal lost something like 20 000 men, which is already quite a lot for a small country who essentially fought in Africa and only sent an expeditionary force in France in 1917. About 1 million Polish refugees fled eastward behind Russian lines during the war. Poles were also deported by the Russians. As a result of the death and deportation, the number of persons living in the later Second Polish Republic fell by 14.9%. It is estimated that in the years 1914-1918 about 30% of national wealth in Poland was destroyed.

Во вторых на огромных пространствах Восточного фронта, концентрация артиллерии и снарядов были на порядок ниже чем на Западном фронте, а потери от артиллерии это 3/4 всех кровавых потерь. Не могли быть потери армии России больше, чем потери Франции, например. По официальным данным на конец 1916 года, потери армии России гораздо меньше 1 миллиона человек, а 1917год не отмечен кровавыми сражениями.
Вот пленными армия России потеряла много, и 3.3 миллиона человек, это больше похоже на потери пленными.
Больше всех потеряли, ничего не выиграли по итогу, и самое паршивое -- абсолютно забыли про эти миллионные жертвы. Да и на Западе бывшие союзники не особо вспоминают про наше участие. У них Великая Война -- это междусобойчик бритов, французов и немцев. А русские как будто статистами были. Очень позорно и обидно

Почему забывают про геноцид Ассирийской Нации,который совершили турки ? Ассирийцы приезжали в Версаль после WW1,с просьбой выделить им территорию на Ближнем Востоке.Но французы и англичане были глухи к их просьбам.И сейчас не поздно выделить землю Ассирийцам.А вот коммунисты армянам выделили территорию,которая им по ходу не нужна,ибо они кочуют,как цыгане,в направлении других стран.Даже Карабах потеряли из-за того,что его не заселились.Может армянам отдать "свою" землю Ассирийцам ?
