I love that the conflict between them is that she wants her to be true to her own acting rather than blend into the background and adapt to everyone else
These episodes just keep getting better and better. Akane wants Kana to do what she does best and shine brightly. But she can't because of her past. It's sad
3:08 lmao. I swear the scary thing about akane when it comes to her acting is that, once she fully understand a character than she can play tf out of it. 7:24 exactly cause this was when kana started to lose work cause she was basically acting like a entitled asshole. The way akane was like "I understood you better now, you was scared of losing work, and the way you're acting now is... Fucking pathetic, you aren't as amazing as you used to be..." which is crazy, cause kana is holding herself back because of her past, just like melt was. Can't wait for the next ep
That dude who spoke to Akane thinking it was Kana doesn't have any idea what he just started 😂 btw, i think at this point most people are more invested in Akane and Kana's characters more than the plot itself, which is totally my case LOL
oshi no ko is so good at these types of heavy scenes that cut through someone else's arc to interrupt it usually even to oppose it the shit is so good - but honestly it feels like anime in general is using it more which is pretty cool but hopefully it doesn't get over used
Glad to see Mochi is out here showing who is the real boss of the couch. But on the real side, they keep on elevating the source material it's making me wish Tokyo Blade was a real thing.
So, apparently when a character has stars in their eyes it means the person is being… captivating? Characters like Ai, Aqua and Ruby are naturally captivating, but actors like Akane can emulate that too. And my guess is the stars being either light or dark varies depending on _intentions,_ not necessarily emotions, since we’ve definitely seen Aqua feeling negative emotions with a light star.
I gotta say, this zoomed in version of the couch is throwing me off. I kept trying to pinch outwards on my phone to zoom out. I was like, why they so big?

Akane's beautiful and elegant performance made me soft in the inside 😭💙

Definitely the case for me too 😂
Man, I felt like Terrance this episode. Literally went, "FUCK, DON'T END. GOD DAMNIT."
Seriously tho!!
When they said “Shinjuku and Shibuya” the second I heard Shibuya, my JJK radar went off.

I was thinking that same thing lol, would be cool if a manga within a manga got its own series.
Another week of kana being best girl
Ehhhhhh 🙂↔️
