Is the battery 3.7v or 7.4v? Planning to upgrade the battery i think i can replace it just pry the back and pulling the handle could that work?
It's 7.4V 2S battery. But you must open both back and one small plastic piece in front to take out the handle. There are 2 screws to fix the duct fan to handle. One big on backside and one small on front side.
Hi, i have jisulife fan pro1. the problem is it got dropped few days ago. Then i just charged it full and use it as usual. The problem is, i only used for ard 30min with 25max volume then battery percentage dropped 0%. How should i do? I have no idea whats wrong with the fan. Is it the battery?
Can you try to teardown all of it. And reassemble the hole thing. If lucky it could fixes itself.
Oh my god tysm u don't know u just saved me like 2k pesos, I've been trying to fix this fan since like 4 months ago because it got dropped and it started making noise when being swayed or like idk the word, and ut turns out the propeler part came off, like, something broke and I just need to super glue it,,,, thank youuu!!!!

Hi Im sorry for the late reply I don't really use youtube that much and this acc was logged in on my pc, If you still haven't found the problem, I supper glued the blade part on the body, specifically this part on 2:52, nasira kasi ung thing na nag kkeep sa blade attached doon sa may parang body kung saan nakalagay yung screen/indicator.

Yes, same type of motor, they are BLDC 3-phase motor.

Hi! I was following your tutorial but got stuck on the handle part. My screwdriver is too big, what screwdriver did you use? Also, what im trying to fix on mine is the scroller. It feels loose and doesnt do the slight clicks every time you make it stronger or slower. As a result, it only stays at 1% speed. Could i replace it?
It's just a small, plus-shaped screwdriver. And if you want to replace your scroller, you need correct replacement component and some soldering job.
Just got finished with disassembly. Looks like the scroll wheel part that is connected to the contactor got split and part of it is stuck in the contactor. Hopefully if i get it out and reattach it to the scroll wheel with some super glue, it might work. Thanks for the tutorial!!
@@nico-kw8yt Be careful with super glue, just a little in the right place, otherwise you may jam the contactor. You can use a sharp tool or a paper cutter blade to apply the glue precisely.
@@nico-kw8yt It is a variable resistor or encoder with a hexagonal hole in the middle, with a hexagonal shaft inserted into it. If the shaft is out of shape, it will not rotate.

@@rhyplaysyt6331from 0:33 you can see how to remove the motor control circuit. After open that you can see 3 wires of the motor underneath. Check that if broken or not.

You need to know which component is damaged? And how to fix or replace it.
@@BXT_LAB i teardown my fan the way you did and saw that the wiring on the fan was broken/cut off. hoe do i fix that?
@@eulahrisse You can resoldering it if you know exactly which wire it broken from. Or you can go see an electronics technician (some one who understands electronics and has soldering equipment).
how can i fix mine? because the fan of mine is not moving and i need to push the back of the fan to make it move and when it spins it has a sound that's like the fan is hitting its cover inside... like its broken.
@@ivandominic9565 you can open it's motor and check the bearing and the shaft locking ring. Reinstall it in the correct position if it comes loose.
how to open the fan without tweezer?
You just need a tool that's flat and hard enough, maybe a blade or something from a nail clipper set.

Sadly, I still can't repair my fan. Whenever I tried opening it it says 100 then I cannot adjust the volume from 1-100. It goes 100 automatically and the panel board shows 100 but the buttom part of the screen has no lights (imagine the 0 is like an upside down U) and it'll only last 2-3 mins then it's drained already. (I literally charged it but the charging time is so quick) Idk how to fix it and I can't find a professional to fix it
Only got it last month and only used it no more than 10 times. Haven't tried draining it also.

Thank you for your sharing. Have you tried disconnecting all the fan jacks and reinstalling them? My brother's fan had a small screen error, but after doing that, it was fixed. I'm not sure if it's possible with yours but give it a try.
Hi! I have a battery issue with my Jisulife Pro 1S. Before, it has a good battery life. It took 5 days before reaching to a warning to re-charge it. But now, while using the fan with 90% battery life, within 30 minutes of using it in gear #1, it dropped to 0% battery life. Can you tell me what is going on with the fan and how will I fix this?
Need to open it and check the voltage of batteries, do they balance well or one cell died. Must have tools and multimeter.

After watching your video of Jisulife dissemble, I will not buy Jisulife fan because it will not generate strong wind except motor noise.
No, it's noisy but it definitely the best fan for wind power/size/battery life/design/charging speed. All combine.

How do you clean your led screen and remove scratches Do you have any idea?
Open the plastic cover at 0:15 and wipe it.
As for the scratched area, you can use the shaft of a screwdriver, it should be shiny. And rub it hard on the scratched area. It will flatten out quite a bit. Especially the scratched plastic edge.

@@thinhphatnguyen1254 anh thì không nhận sửa nhưng mà em có thể làm theo như Video, tháo ra kiểm tra. Có trường hợp nó bị gãy cốt motor dẫn đến lắc hoặc xoay là cánh quạt nó cạ vào vỏ. Hoặc vòng bi có vấn đề.
mình cũng bị y chang bạn. Làm theo video, mở phần đầu ra thôi, rồi ấn mạnh motor vào trục. Tự nhiên nó hết. Mình cũng chẳng hiểu gì lắm, thấy ok thì ok thôi ^^

Em mở ra xịt một ít RP7 vào xem sao. Còn nếu mà hỏng hẳn thì anh thấy con linh kiện lăn đấy giống trong chuột máy tính, nếu mà cùng package với size thì thử thay xem, phải có hàn hoặc thợ điện tử làm nhé.

Maybe the problem is in the bearings, Jisulife doesn't have any lubricant in the bearings. So I think the lifespan will not be high if it is a cheap bearing.

My friend told me that it might be just the fan blades hitting on the inner part of the fan

@@cdgarcia5969 Yes, of course it's due to the propeller hitting the inside. But the cause may be due to the bearings, or the rotor shaft being misaligned. It can be fixed if you know how.

@@cdgarcia5969 Oh, so yours has broken off the motor base. You can use super glue to reattach it, but be careful to keep it aligned and not stuck by the glue. I think it might be because you dropped it quite hard.
I dropped mine into the water and now it can be opened but the motor keeps freezing. LED display is working fine but it seems battery makes it uncontrollable and the fan isn’t rotating. Any advice?
If you drop it in water, the electronic parts will fail first. There is no other way but you have to buy another one.

My new pro 1s scroll button somehow didn't work anymore, I can't increase or drcrease the air volume, do u think it can be fixed??

I've heard many people talking about the scroll button issue. But mine still doesn't have any problems even though I use it like crazy. You can open it up like in the video, it has a small component with a rotating hole (similar to the structure in a computer mouse). You can check the appearance or use RP7 spray on it to see if it fixes it.
Or maybe not the scroll component, but the control chip.
Just finished diassamble it, looks like the controller chip, I'm very sad abt this 😢
@@kamilriyadi6587 my brother also has one pro 1S, his one has a very weird problem. The screen never turn off. I said him to disassemble (all the connections) and reassemble it. And the problem gone. I think the control chip has been reset after that, and fixed it self😅😅😅
My Pro1S does not produce a sound when starting up. Do you think my unit is defective?
No, the "newer" Pro 1S has no clicking sound when starting up. But they have very good battery.

My fan made a strange noise when I shook it. I removed the head of the fan, pressed hard on the motor axis, and then did not hear the strange noise anymore. Try it!
I ordered recently same like this, but out from the box, its not working, u charge for 2hrs, same still not working, there's a knocking sound and fan was not working, any idea whats the problem with mine abd how to fix it?

I guess it was due to shipping damage or they had a problem with quality control.
Normally when the fan starts it also makes a knocking sound when the motor starts to rotate. That is the special sound of this Jisulife fan with this 3-phase motor.
The problem of it not rotating could be due to the speed control circuit or a problem with the motor. This requires opening it up to figure it out.
@@BXT_LAB yeah, the device was damage, i already consulted to customer service and they gave me a replacement, i have to wait again for a week to arrive.
I bought 3 of these Pro 1S. But one of them has a poorly balanced fan blade. When running below 30% speed, it vibrates a bit, so when placed on the table, the noise is a bit annoying. The rest is no problem.

@@melvinp1324 Depends on the situation you need, but on a daily basis I find the Pro 1S to be the most practical. It charges faster and lasts longer.
Hey the yellow wire of my motor got cut off from the motor but still connected to the wire, where do i reconnect it to get it working again?
You must find the start of copper winding and resoldering it. It is 3 Phase BLDC motor, so it has 3 wire red, black and yellow connected to three ends of the copper windings.

Or is there a replacement i could order or do i need to rewind the motor myself?
@@enzzy6880 You dont need to rewind the motor, but you just only find the copper end of one phase and solder it to the wire which is it broke from.
Im cannot adjust my fan level with the roller. It stuck in level 1. Any advice?
I have also received many other comments about this problem. You can try opening it, check the scroll wheel and reassembling it. If you are lucky it may fix itself.
