NA- Honestly, for the chapter, as much as I love Mero, he isn't taking it due to his C4S1 performance. I'd have to give it to one of Eomzo, Ajerss, Khanada, or Rise rue to sbeer consistency throughout the chapter, even with the struggle at global champs.
EU- This one is the harder between the two, but I'd have to say Setty
