These doctors need to do better... I went into the ER in 2020 with chest pain/pressure, my troponin levels were slightly increased. The doctor at the ER sent me home saying i had acid reflux, i went home only to end up coming right back having a widow maker heart attack, i went into cardiac arrest in the ambulance and had to be shocked 3 times before being rushed into emergency surgery.
Wow. I have an aunt that almost bled to death due to doctors sending her home after her surgery. If she had listened and didn't put up a fight, she wouldn't be here. So sad to hear about your story and wishing you the best. It's scary knowing your life could be in their hands
He changed the 2000s. Most of the hits were summertime anthems. Grind on me was played around the clock. Lollipop as well, and we know they had like 50 remixes to it. Amazing to learn he’s behind the other culture classics.
This was definitely beautifully done. I had no clue of his body of works! My mouth dropped every time an artist and their music was said like “he did that “. That man died so prematurely from the hands of a “medical professional “ and that’s truly sad. RIP Static Major
I hope his wife won enough money so the family never has to work a day in their life. What that doctor and hospital did was waaaay wrong I’m shocked. I bet all of those 1200 unreleased music are fire. My hearts broken we lost such a talented young man. 😢
This was so heartbreaking that this happened right as he was finally about to get the recognition he deserved, I had the biggest crush on Static🥹 and this video shows how Wayne didn’t really acknowledge Statics contribution to his biggest hit of his career smh that pisses me off “the guy that gave it to him”like wtf and this is coming from a Wayne fan..RIP to the legend Static Major💔💔💔
Man its crazy we listen to so much music but most times never know how they are orignated 😢 Gratitude family for putting together this body of work bro as i really enjoyed it
Yeah Static was a big inspiration for many artists in the game including Drake. What a lot of people don’t know is that the piano sample from “Look What You’ve Done” off the Take Care album was from Static Major. Also Drake payed homage again on the song “After Dark” with Ty Dolla $ign on the Scorpion album. So trust me those who know how talented Static was, are very thankful for his contributions to the game.
Man, these stories you do bro, judged by juery, Chicago Illinois rocks with you and recognizes the hard work you put into your craft. God bless you and all the subscribers too 🙏
Thank you for doing this!🙏🏿🙏🏿 Static was just a really incredible guy! It was such a pleasure seeing how he worked, and how creative he was. I actually even missed him calling me “Fess“ (he claimed I look like the black uncle Fester from the Addams family😂) he is still missed and now Magoo as well
Wow I didn’t realize static major depth of his history. Thorough documentary here. My introduction to static major was lollipop by Wayne. And the swing mob connection - that’s amazing. I gotta go back and do my homework on all them artists. I didn’t realize was in a quartet. My folks always had the playa Cd too but I never tuned in. That All the way is fire! Thank you pimp
Yes many ppl don't know that he was in the background for so long in music especially being signed to Black ground Records, which him and Aaliyah were both on along with Tank, Ginuwine etc. Static Major was also in a group called Playa back in the day as well. He's always been around.
Wow.. there's a common denominator in this story who's name I thought of before u even mentioned it. It's crazy how many people who were tied to either (or both) Aaliyah and B met a strange and unexplained demise.🤔 Masterful work!!

I believe they added an R.i.p to Static at the end of the music video. People just didn't know who he was and therefore didn't really care to pay attention to that last bit. 🤷🏾♀️ I saw it and realized it was the guy in the video but I didn't realize how involved he was in the industry.

Thank you doing this .. static is a legend finally somebody do a video bout him ❤❤❤
Facts❤
Man its crazy we listen to so much music but most times never know how they are orignated 😢 Gratitude family for putting together this body of work bro as i really enjoyed it
Yeah Static was a big inspiration for many artists in the game including Drake. What a lot of people don’t know is that the piano sample from “Look What You’ve Done” off the Take Care album was from Static Major. Also Drake payed homage again on the song “After Dark” with Ty Dolla $ign on the Scorpion album. So trust me those who know how talented Static was, are very thankful for his contributions to the game.
Yeah he said all of that in the video bruh 😂😂😂
You didn’t watch the video did you? 🤦🏾♂️
I typed this as I was listening by the time the video got there I thought to myself ‘this is a pretty good comment’ lol
Bad loss for the industry, was a genius. RIP to a GOAT truly
😭 I wanna go back to the late 90's-early 2000's
Man, these stories you do bro, judged by juery, Chicago Illinois rocks with you and recognizes the hard work you put into your craft. God bless you and all the subscribers too 🙏
3 years old, led 30 voice choir at that age (incredibly impressive), passed away at 33. 🕊 3's
loose rap is definitely my favorite aaliyah song ❤ static was BEYOND talented
I know you can come better, can come better than that
Obsessed with that song til this day 🧡
Static is so underrated Rip to a legend ❤
Rip static his music still in my rotation I wish we could’ve got more of his music he’s a highly underrated talent 🙏
Biggie said it best "you're nobody til somebody kills you"
Deep
I eat this content up! I miss this era & these talented artist soooo much 🥺
Thank you for doing this!🙏🏿🙏🏿
Static was just a really incredible guy! It was such a pleasure seeing how he worked, and how creative he was. I actually even missed him calling me “Fess“ (he claimed I look like the black uncle Fester from the Addams family😂) he is still missed and now Magoo as well
Magoo Story is up now!
It’s crazy how Otis and Aaliyah both died in plane clashes and both Sittin On the Dock Of The Bay and Rock he Boat have allusions to water 😳
Not all legends are on stage. So sad how his death was completely avoidable.
He is also credited on Brent Faiyaz Jackie brown. You can hear his vocals all in the background!
His story is heartbreaking but every time someone covers it I will listen ❤
Static was Devante's prodegy child. If you know you know. Deffo was destined for greatness
I recently was thinking about wanting to learn more about Static Major's story and saw this today. I feel like I got the full story now! Great job with this!
Shiii not even, soon as u dig for his unreleased or demo songs u get a fuller picture. Man was Michael Jacksons son
A guy who personally knew Static told me that Statics wife received a call from Wayne rambling a bunch of gibberish a few days after he passed. Everyone was in Louisville was convinced after the rise of Lil Wayne 😢😢
Lil Wayne had guilty conscience maybe, maybe that's why he's messed up
You are not lying about not knowing Static died . I remember watching that video countless times and didn't know until yesterday in 2023 he died. Which is sad AF
Just finding out now myself
I believe they added an R.i.p to Static at the end of the music video. People just didn't know who he was and therefore didn't really care to pay attention to that last bit. 🤷🏾♀️ I saw it and realized it was the guy in the video but I didn't realize how involved he was in the industry.
Im also from Louisville so this one took me back, it’s always sad to see a young life cut short, especially if it could have been prevented 😢
