I can’t stand when companies make this kind of variety show for groups. What makes them think that fans want to see them go through a hard time and see them all tired and worn out. They already have 12+ hour work days, making them do this on top of the schedules is just painful to watch. I kept frowning throughout the whole thing watching the members struggling
I know what you feel :(( but I think the company made them do these for exposure, since korean likes these kind of variety concept (from what I know due to alot of var. show I watched)
This is a great thing actually. People check them out, feel an emotional connection to them, an "obligation" to protect and support them in the beginning plus it generates sympathy in people seeing kids in situations like this. These all situations will still be the same even if they weren't aired. So why not capitalize on it and create a pre-debut dedicated fanbase for them since the beginning instead?? That's what companies think. We think its wrong, so we hate on the industry for it. And our collective hatred for companies and a feeling of protectiveness over idols encourages us to stan actively. I'm saying this from a marketing pov
Whenever I see old videos of sf9, hwiyoung is always covering his mouth when he laughs. But now a days, he laughs without hiding. And that honestly makes me so happy to see. I'm glad these videos are still around so we can see how much they have grown.
not sure if you alr know this or not. It's not because of members' teasing that made Hwiyoung cover his mouth when smiling. Actually sf9 was the one who helped Hwi become confident as he is today. Dawon and Jaeyoon always told Hwiyoung that he had beautiful smile and they loved it so much. And Rowoon even pulled Hwi's hand down when Hwi covered his mouth as a habit. Anw it happened long ago, now Hwi no longer does this but you can understand the story clearly if you watch their old contents.

Until this moment Hwiyoung is treated as the baby of the group it's because although chani is younger but he has a mature personality and doesn't act like a maknae meanwhile hwiyoung is so cute and soft he laughs and cries easily lol and he is the last member to join them so he is treated as the youngest Even chani said although hwiyoung is older than him but he fits the maknae position more

For ppl wondering why they have the punishment: They were on a competition against the band team for FNC to pick the next debut team (both teams are under FNC and final winner debuted). Each time the winning team would have a reward and losing team will have punishment. For this time, they got punished to have the military training when they lose and the band team had a travel trip to Busan for winning.
Here again going through the life of my boys in those years, since sf9 has its 4th debut aniversary!! M crying and happy that I chose to be a fantasy ❤️😭😭
He's had back issues before they debuted but also he got the severe injury slipped disk in his back n knee 3 years ago n severe back n knee pain that's why he can't dance properly nowadays..there is no recovery from his back..he has to be cautious all his life..
@@reshmagudy5 and now he has left the group. probably can longer keep up with the intense choreographies and hours of dance practices anymore :( people may be upset about it as he left with the guise of wanting to focus on acting (which is partly true) but its the better decision for him and his health. & it's probably a decision made with sf9's future in mind as he will only bring the group down in terms of performance level. He always looks in pain in some of his fancams.
