    Thank you , your video is really fantastic - you might want to include in your title - nerve supply to lung as well- you really explained very well about the intersegmental pulmonary veins , the details of the pulmonary plexus , parasympathetic and sympathetic are really excellent - the way you merge your details with likening the lungs to other organs of the body - really give a good perspective of the lungs as being similar to other organs in some ways - thank you again , really great stuff here.

    You wasnt clear here,a.brochiales are oxigenated rich,does the lungs use the oxygen from them and then they mix with the capillary plexus of the pulmonary vein or what ? Because they cant mix oxygenated blood from a.brancheoles with the pulmonary vein blood cuz both are rich with oxygen

    Mam, parenchyma means functionally active cells know?? Then y u r saying it is a supportive tissue mam???

      yes, you are correct in pointing out this error. Bronchial arteries are supplying the oxygenated to the airways and the stromal tissue not the parenchyma which composed of the alveoli

    Is the pulmonary artery and the bronchial artery have the same course through the alveoli of the lung? But bronchial artery will dump deoxygenated blood into the pul.vein while the pul.art will get oxygenation and get dumped into the pul.veins, right? Please clarify Ma'am!

      It's the bronchial Vein which will dump the deoxygenated blood into the intersegmental tributary of pulmonary vein.
      The bronchial arteries supply oxygenated blood to the connective tissue of the lung.

      Bronchial circulation system:
      - bronchial artery carries oxygenated blood from heart to lung, which is used by the tissue and therefore deoxygenated
      - bronchial vein carries *most* of this deoxygenated blood from lung to heart
      Pulmonary circulation system
      - pulmonary artery carries deoxygenated blood from heart to lung, which is oxygenated in the alveoli
      - pulmonary vein carries all of this oxygenated blood as well as *some* deoxygenated blood from lung to heart

      @@apaarsadhwani your concept is absolutely up to the mark! There is a very small amount of deoxygenated bronchial blood gets mixed with inter-segmental pulmonary veins (which are carrying oxygenated blood from the broncho- pulmonary segments).

    Too much editing has ruined your explanation.. the video was completely out of track.. when you tried to explain the circulation of blood in brancho pulmonary segment.. which you failed.. for that i wasted time watching three times!
